The barista (new??) became upset when I ordered small cup of water, which I do sometimes to hydrate, she told me to order it from the cashier as they keep inventory. Sorry. Didn't know that and I've been going to this Starbucks for several years and I merely forgot to place an order for water which happens sometimes due to lack of caffeine. She was upset (overworked?)
Starbucks has always been my go-to for a cappuccino. However lately I have found a better one with Mercury's Coffee Co.Starbucks is not value for money anymore after hike in rates but quality and quantity not matching with it.
Emma was awesome. I often hit a lot of diff Starbucks; Emma got it right, & got it right the first time. Tasty & helped me with the ingredients and a modified version of my fav ice coffee for my food allergy situation. Very personable & kind.
