Every time I come to this Starbucks, I always have a disappointing experience.They are incompetent in crafting beverages. When I ask for a double espresso on ice (or no ice), they are confused at what that is, how to charge it, and how to create it. I worked at a cafe before so I know it's not difficult and it's one of the "easier" drinks to make. It's TWO (double) espresso shots. Why are they asking me if I want a tall or grande? There is no sizing for this besides how many shots of espresso I want which is two. Also, every time I have ordered any food item here, I get terrible food sickness. I work in this building and it's easily accessible for me but not anymore. This place sucks fam lol

I came to this Starbucks in Safeway because I was getting my prescriptions and I thought oh I’ll get my normal drink which is a quad expresso with sauce which comes out to about 3.98 $. I come here and they charge me a 1.00 per shot plus the sauce and the almond milk which came out to 5.05. So I asked why I am getting Charged an extra dollar to get my coffee here and they said oh they took our buttons away so this is the only Button that we have to charge for a shot we have to charge each individual shot because they took our buttons away and I said that doesn’t make any sense every other Starbucks my drink is the same price only this one is it a dollar more expensive ridiculous never coming back

I've experienced the worst customer service in my life in this Starbucks. I ordered egg bites and waited there for several minutes. Everyone else was getting their orders. When I tried to enquire about my order they outright ignored me. After multiple attempts the lady who took my order said my order is getting prepared in the oven. Not sure how mine would still be in oven when people who came after me got their egg bites. Nevertheless I waited for another 10-15 mins and asked again. The reaction was "oh you still didn't get your order??". come on girl few minutes back you told me it was in the oven and I was standing right there all the time. Why would I just wait if I got my order...you think I like watching you guys work? Unable to take it anymore I just left the place without taking my order. I don't want to label it racism but it sure did feel like one!!
