I waited 15 minutes after I ordered to be told that the cold brew taps are all down. There was no one in line ahead of me and 3 small groups (1-2 people) waiting on drinks, there's really no excuse for it being this slow. When I asked for a refund I was greeted by a manager who visibly could not be bothered to care and offered no solutions other than a refund and a very insincere "sorry, idk why it's so slow...."

Don't come to this starbucks. Not being a karen, but first they can't do a caramel ribbon frap then no strawberry creme frap then they couldn't do a strawberry açai. And the guy worker getting upset that I keep changing my drink selection after they tell me they can't make my

Standard Starbucks - always super busy and crowded, but the staff are usually efficient, the orders move quickly, and they have drinks such as the Bellevue Chai that is unique to this branch.What I most appreciate about this branch, though, are the awesome location - the wooden-lodge-feel sitting area right outside, and the hours - I have more than a handful of times came here when other branches closed for the day but I still needed to get coffee.

This starbucks was busy plenty of staff, drinks were delivered in a timely manner. I always enjoy visiting Starbucks for my morning coffee! Beautiful location in downtown Bellevue square!Ps. Staff was even doing a tasting event!Thanks Starbucks!

Standard Starbucks experience with consistent quality. Got a grande pumpkin spice latte with 3 pumps of pumpkin instead of 4. Highly recommend modifying the pumps if you find a regular PSL to be too sweet. Also got a pumpkin loaf which I enjoyed. This Starbucks has a nice atmosphere both in the store and just outside.
