I visited this Starbucks and approached an employee named Sizim. I politely asked, “Can you speak Russian with me because I don’t know English?” She rudely replied that she doesn’t speak Russian. This was especially upsetting because I know she is from Kyrgyzstan and does speak Russian. I’ve personally seen her speaking Russian with friends several times. This kind of attitude toward customers is disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed.

Used to go here every morning around 7:30-8am but now, 1/3 of the time I have to wait 20+ minutes for my drink. Twice now I had to just leave my drink and of course they’ll never refund you. Done with Starbucks wait times.

I like it feels comfortable little peaceful and food is good but i always get the Stares every time I'm trying to sit down to eat. Some of the Workers at the Front need to have a Customer feel more Welcomed and so that i can sit down peacefully to Eat and Enjoy and other's should feel the Same. Also need to work on there voice more to call out ppl Orders they mild Quiet.

No wifi here. That's disappointed as I planed to work here for a little bit. But was able to connect Marriott wifi.

I am very disappointed and frustrated at the stinginess of the employees at this Starbuck location. I ordered a venti sized drink with no ice, but as pictured, the barista only filled the drink of 2/3 of way, because he claimed that filling up the drink all the way with no ice doesn't follow their drink instructions. this doesn't make any sense, because i am still paying for the venti sized drink. do better!!!

Last week I asked for a tall, they charged for a grande and gave a tall. I have charge in my starbucks app

If you request no ice then they reduce the amount of coffee by about one and a half inches. After noticing that about three or four times, I asked them to please top off my drink, which they denied. The staff are young and stilted. The location is noisy from traffic. Altogether, there’s little reason not to get coffee from Story or Farine instead.

I don’t know how they manage to have the most awkward customer service, but it’s not good no matter when I go. The drink is always not quite right as well.
