All the employees are AMAZING. EXCEPT Henry? I believe is his name. I come in every morning for a drink and whenever he makes my drink it’s not what I ask for. I pay extra to line the cup with Carmel, for extra cold foam, etc. he doesn’t mix the syrup in with the coffee so it’s all left at the bottom of the cup and He doesn’t fill my venti cup to the top with extra cold foam that I pay for and he still gives me a bunch of ice when I asked for light ice. It’s very frustrating that I’m paying $9 daily and don’t ever receive the drink I ask for and he doesn’t write on the cups. It’s supposed to be my morning motivation drink and I always look forward to seeing a little note every morning. 😂 AGAIN, Every other barista nails it and is amazing. it’s just him that isn’t very good and makes me want to start stopping at a different location if it continues.

A note for whomever decides business hours. Shift change for nurses at the hospital is 7PM, and there are a lot of nurses incoming and outgoing that would consider buying drinks for work and for the drive home. Lots of drinks and foods that could be had. Just FYI

I have been a longtime SBUX customer. It’s 2:15 on a Saturday and according to this location, it’s open until 2:30. The door was closed and I asked if I could get coffee and a very rude barista said they were closed. I apologized and explained that the maps said it was open until 2:30. She proceeds to tell me that Google maps is maintained by the public and therefore information is. Incorrect. I said it worthwhile mentioning to corporate and she proceeds to tell me to call corporate myself. Really?

This is a great Starbucks to hang out at. Plenty of comfortable seating and space. This is a good location if you need to work from a coffee shop.
I love coming here for breakfast and coffee. Baristas are always nice, however whenever I order light ice online for coffee/latte it’s always full of ice. I’m too shy to say something, but today I ordered a venti matcha latte and I was just shocked how much ice was in it. It’s like half of venti cup. So I’ll definitely say something next time.
