All the employees are AMAZING. EXCEPT Henry? I believe is his name. I come in every morning for a drink and whenever he makes my drink it’s not what I ask for. I pay extra to line the cup with Carmel, for extra cold foam, etc. he doesn’t mix the syrup in with the coffee so it’s all left at the bottom of the cup and He doesn’t fill my venti cup to the top with extra cold foam that I pay for and he still gives me a bunch of ice when I asked for light ice. It’s very frustrating...
A note for whomever decides business hours. Shift change for nurses at the hospital is 7PM, and there are a lot of nurses incoming and outgoing that would consider buying drinks for work and for the drive home. Lots of drinks and foods that could be had. Just FYI
Kelly and staff, have tremendous clean and efficient running store. The staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Outstanding customer service to hospital staff flooding their store all day. Thank you team for being excellent Starbucks to visit.
