This is a place of bad service and poor quality control. I was there on the 19th to pick up 2 sandwiches ordered online. There was a promotion running when ordering on the app, and I thought that it was a good deal. Little did I know, that they were made with complete disregard to the actual order. When I asked why the veggies ordered online are not in the sandwich, and why sandwiches are drenched with mayo, I was told that they are on a promo and that's how she made them. The lady said that her name is Maria. In short, she refused to fix my order and simply came up and took the sandwiches out of my hands telling me that I will be refunded. There was not shouting, no swearing, no obnoxious back and forth. She simply got mad that I opened the sandwiches to check on my order and refused to fix them. The whole experience was confusing. The woman seemed agitated and angry at something or someone and took it out on the next guy walking into the door. This is the lowest bar of a customer service that I've experienced at a fast food joint thus far. Let's hope it stays that way.
There was also another customer sitting at a booth and was appalled by the whole exchange.

This place is a dump. Their culture shows very strongly here. This is what you get in a $22 "The Beast" sandwich. No sauce as ordered, no napkins in the bag just made it worse.

The WORST experience I've ever had at any restaurant! When I entered, there was no one at the counter to greet me and I could see two workers chatting in the back through their backroom corner mirror. I called for their attention but was ignored. They kept glancing at me through this mirror for 5 minutes until one of them finally came out to serve me. He didn't say a single word, and I got a pathetic amount of meat and other ingredients on my sandwich. As soon as he finished ringing me out, he immediately walked to the back room again. Idk why, but the sandwich wasn't even that great tasting, and the little amount of sauce I got was the only thing tasty about it. I've no idea how this place is still in business, but I'm never coming back to this location.

Greeted by a broken glass door, the person who helped me was sitting in a booth, did not wash his hands, only put on gloves. I asked for a BLT on a wrap, he said they couldn’t do that. (Later noticed several wraps in the bottom of the bread thing, he could have easily done that for me.) Bacon was straight out of the cooler on to the bread, (every other subway will cook it in the toaster before putting it on bread) then I was charged $15 for this and a drink. Save yourself some food borne illness and drive to the next subway.

If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would. Here's why:1. I ordered 2 subs via the mobile app, using a coupon andincluded special instructions. I went in to observe and coachthem on building the sandwiches because I'd had in the past.2. Yasir, who I assume is the manager/owner tried to short methe amount of toppings, meat & cheese, on both subs.A. First, he tried to say that because I was using a coupon,they don't have to put the normal amount of meat andcheese described on the menu. (No, it's not stated on thecoupon or at the counter.)B. When I called him on shorting me, he pulled up the orderticket from the app that's printed at the store, pointing outthat the ticket didn't state "2x's cheese". He was ignoringthe menu board and online menu that states "2x cheese"selection.-- The app pulls from the menu, so the amount of cheeseshould have been a given.-- He also ignored me when I called him on shorting themeat as I watched him prepare my order.-- In all "fairness", he only shorted the meat on one sandwichbecause I called him on it.D. This store has tried to short me on the toppings in the past,even when I wasn't using a coupon.D. He seemed irritated that I wanted to coach him throughbuilding my order, something that Subway sells as one oftheir features.Needless to say, I won't be giving this Subway, or any other Subway managed/owned by this group my business in the future. Jersey Mike's is just around the corner.

Worst service experience you'll ever have, even for fast food. The manager/owner is often the only person there and instead of greeting you, he mean-mugs you until you tell him what you want. He never replies or acknowledges you, just keeps his headphones in the whole time. They also never stock certain menu items (like soups) and don't offer any explanation, and as others have said the prices are outrageous and they never honor any discounts/coupons. Overall you get treated like the guy's doing you a favor and you're getting on his last nerve. Doesn't seem like he has any desire to be there, so neither should you.Somewhat related but the ONLY time I've ever heard him greet a customer or talk to them like a normal human being was when a Subway corporate rep was there evaluating him LOL pathetic.

Bad store and bad manager.As I work nearby, I often visit for lunch. Manager always wear a face like everybody owing him money, even for a frequent customer like me. Today he refused a coupon when it clearly says it's redeemable at store saying it's his choice.I will never come to this store again.
