Bad store and bad manager.As I work nearby, I often visit for lunch. Manager always wear a face like everybody owing him money, even for a frequent customer like me. Today he refused a coupon when it clearly says it's redeemable at store saying it's his choice.I will never come to this store again.

Total Scam......................The sandwich doesn't at all look like what is shown on TV...........On TV it shows about two inches of yummy between the buns...................not so....................A thin layer of turkey but lots of lettuce like i am a rabbit.......................Charles Barkley who advertises for Subway should visit a Subway and see how they really make the subways.Total ripoff and the clerk just says...............I'm just doing my job................and as I told her, she should quit because the owner is not in line with the advertisements so its fraud all the way......................never again, and again, I'm not a rabbit.............

I was informed that the staff here regularly skimp on toppings even when customers pay the extra cost for extra. Several of the Subway Series sandwiches are supposed to come with double cheese or specfic amounts of meat. They cost more to accomodate the extra topping but if you order ahead be sure to check because 9/10 times you will not recieve anything but the bare minimum of the requested toppings.

Last time i was in i got a sandwich which must have been someone elses as it was definitely not what I had ordered on my mobile app. I did not find out till i had gotten back to my job however, so i didnt have time to go back and get my correct order. Otherwise, its a solid subway sub. Cant go wrong with a classic.

HAIR IN FOOD!!! ENOUGH SAID!Oh, wait. Dirty, associate actually had the AUDACITY to call his manager first to see if he could give my money back… I didn’t even leave the property. I inspected it there. Why would I not get my money back. This is being fed to kids. Gross!

I would give 0 stars for service. The guy who helped me didnt even bother asking me what I want. Staring at me to say. The eggs were not toasted separately and hence was still frozen in the sandwich. I left a complaint to subway as well. Avoid this franchise. The owner wants to make money with zero care for food or customer service.

Every now and then I like a cheap eat as it reminds me of college days but this was a bad trip down nostalgia avenue. The baguettes were not fresh, the fillings were ok but I found it hard to eat because of the bread.

If you're a food delivery driver, avoid taking orders from this Subway.I am a DoorDash driver who had a delivery to pick up here for a customer. It took me about 4 minutes to arrive and the food was not ready, unlike 95% of other restaurants. Upon entering the cashier told me it would be about 7-8 minutes wait despite there being 0 other customers in the store and despite Subway having all their ingredients prepped beforehand. How is there a wait at all? No explanation given whatsoever.Fast forward 10 minutes and 3 other patrons walk in and he immediately helps them with their orders while I am kept waiting to pick up an order for my own customer. I waited here a total of 20 minutes before the guy behind the counter, who BTW was on a phone call the entire time in his Bluetooth earbuds, reluctantly gives me the sandwich saying "here", then goes back to his phone call.This is by far the worst customer service I've had at any restaurant in Bellevue. Again, if you're a DoorDash or Uber Eats driver then avoid this store like the plague.
