The worst SubWay - Ever !You have to argue about tomato slices you want. Employee showed me a printout (with pictures :-) ordering them not to give more than 5 slices of tomato, cucumber, minimal number of olives etc. SHOCK. Plus they jack up their prices (compared to other SubWay shops nearby). Plus they are closed Sundays and are next to a hotel - I had to walk to the other shop.If anyone from SubWay ever reads this please take the license from this owner - it's a glaring embarrassment. Give that space to mother and daughter who run the shop on 106th Ave NE if you don't have anyone else.

Beware, this location doesn't take coupons. Some of the staff also tend to be stingy with toppings and not very friendly. That being said the restaurant is clean and the food has always been fresh.

The lady working in the front clearly does not respect any of the customers. After repeatedly telling her I wanted BMT she kept asking "what meat?" As the others have already submitted, this woman has a condescending tone and is plain attitude at the counter each and every time, either raising her voice or having a "idgaf" mentality. She also has trouble remembering what ingredients you ask her to put, asking "what else?" right after giving her instructions on what to add. With it being a very trying time for people, she does not deserve to work here. Please do not go to this location, everyone deserves better service.

I came here the past two days. I thought after receiving the communication as if they didnt want me there, that I would give them another try. Everyone has a bad day right? I now understand the 2 star overall rating.. Fast forward to today. I was helped who might be the owner. It appeared he didn't want to be there. I understand times are tough, but isn't some business better than none? The person that ordered after me recieved the same treatment. Then I get the woman who is adding the veggies. She absolutely does not want to be there. With the condensending tone, to wrapping up your food, its like you are the reason for her being that way. What I find really comical is the fact that right after your card is inserted to pay, it asks for a tip. The only tip I have is that you should find a new line of work that doesn't involve the public. I did add a star for the fact that the bread was good. I would stay away from this one. There is another subway close by to give your business too.

I have lived within walking distance of this subway for almost a decade now. I probably get food from here once every other month, or so. I have never had any problem with the food quality. However, this location has always hired employees that have customer service issues. I do not think I have ever received a smile or any semblance of quality service. In fact, most of the time, the employees are rude. I have worked in food service for over a decade, and I have trained people on customer service. There must be some issue with hiring from the management or owner. Here is my most recent story today: I came in to an empty counter. There was a gentlemen sitting down near the back who acknowledged me only with eye contact, no words (I am assuming manager?) . Next, the actual service person came around from the back, promptly washed their hands (thank god!), and walked all the way from the back to the front of the counter without acknowledging me. Her head was down and clearly not happy I was there. You could tell that she did not want to help me, and then in a barely audible voice, finally looked up to acknowledge me and asked, "what would you like?" I proceeded to explain my sandwich. At the end of the encounter, I asked if there was a way that I could enter my tip without pushing the button with my bare hand (There is a pandemic going on). She said no. I asked her if they had a glove I could use. She said no again (obviously they have gloves). Finally, the guy that I assume was the manager or owner came up to me and assured me that it was clean. I get it...I am sure it was clean...But, I still did not want to touch it during a pandemic. I asked him for a glove and he reluctantly got one for me and explained to me that it was clean, again. Listen, I do not need to be lectured that it is clean. That is not the point. The point is a customer should be greeted promptly (if possible) once a customer enters the lobby. Provide smiles, provide quality service, and good food, and you will get repeat customers. I do not think I have ever wrote a review on Yelp. My motivation for this review came after years of experience with the staff here and the systemic problem of hiring terrible employees. This was not a one off experience. This is backed with years of experience. But, the food has never been an issue! So, as long as you are okay with getting served by employees that would probably be anywhere else in the world other than helping you, you will be fine eating here. For people that want any level of appropriate customer service, go somewhere else, there is another subway right down the street!

The worse customer service EVER and i was the first customer this morning....one employee only, who just opened the store was already worked up and there was no one else in the restaurant....no doubt subway is hurting for sales cause the owners dont visit their own investments.

Had a very nice and pleasant early morning sub there last Friday. Ability to tip with a card is nice. Very clean compared to the crack subway near my place on 3rd and Lenora!

Who doesn't love the Subway? Fast easy low calorie sandwiches? The staff is friendly. The owner is chill. Clean. Good place.
