Very convenient location in downtown Bellevue, I was surprised a foot long sub alone now cost 13+, is it because it is in DT Bellevue?

Don't patronize dishonest merchants. Subway sent out coupons for their sandwiches. And they refused to honor them. I walked out. Don't walk in.

I had not been to a Subway franchise in many years until today. Within minutes at this location I recalled why. The franchise assembly line with ESL attendants and abrupt, if not off—putting, customer service (and a great lack thereof), quickly reminded me of just how poorly this operation meets my most limited expectations. I’ll go elsewhere.

Not the greatest of Subways. Somehow I felt they were not generous at all with the egg mayo topping - Isn't that supposed to be generic standard across the group, i.e. 2 scoops per 6 inch?

The food is good, like any other Subway, but the customer service is bad lately. I don't know about the rest of the staff, but the worker with long red hair is very rude. My friend and I went in twice recently and both times, the worker gave us dirty looks the whole time when we were simply trying to order. She's not okay with questions being asked about the menu, and seems to judge us for our orders. She also does not put her hair back at all. This Subway definitely needs to pay more attention to the customer service of the workers and improve it. In the meantime, there's multiple other Subway's nearby that I would suggest going to instead, as well as a Jimmy John's.

Very difficult to order. Had to point at the menu to clarify that the sign said the meal deal included two cookies... Just an odd

I stopped here on my way home. I don't mind classical music, but it was so loud that the sandwich maker had a hard time hearing me. I could barely hear her and had to repeatedly ask her to repeat questions. The flute playing was piercing. I'll walk out and go somewhere else before I subject myself to this again.

We patronized this location on 08/29/2022 about 6:30pm. The food was good, but the music here was so loud that staff had to keep asking customers to repeat what they had said. The music is classical, which is fine, but the extra loud, high pitched flute portions, made hearing each other even more difficult. We have been here previously, but the music was not this loud during the other visits. It was so frustrating trying to order, if the volume is that high again, we won't go in.
