This used to be our go-to spot every time my wife and I explored new towns and cities in WA. However, after our last visit, I won’t be ordering here again. Here’s why: my wife found a large piece of plastic in her sandwich (see photos). When I contacted Subway, they only assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. No refund or compensation was even mentioned.

Do not go here. I have ordered twice thru app and both times the woman switched ingredients on sandwhiches. The first time i didnt care, the second she added a sauce with dairy to my sub that im allergic to. I had no food during lunch. I called she ssid no problem come and we will replace, I told her i was working and would go over the weekend. I came and they treated me like a thief, like I was pulling a big scam to get a free 6 inch, they treated me like a scum/scammer, specially the indian guy who from the get ho was set on no, needless to say they didnt replace it. She with sarcasm told him in front of me “why didnt they come right away” i explained per our convo i was working snd that was my lunch. The ruin the food The sandwhiches were cold even though they were supppsed to be toasted and the other dub that could be eeaten jad to be microwaved to warm it up. Their service is horrible They dont try to fix their mistakes instead they accuse the person of being a scammer.
Negative stars if i could give. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I have dined in multiple times at this subway. The employee Anu is very nice, always welcome with broad smile. I usually eat veggie delight sandwiches, it always tastes better. This place also has multiple options and deals, that’s awesome!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Sign says they are open till 7:30 pm. I show up at 6:45 and the worker says we are closed. Change your sign and lock the door then. Horrible service.
This Indian guy that worked there today 11/10 during lunch messed up my sandwich and didn’t give me a refund. I brought the sandwich to my dad and we went back together and my told him to remake the sandwich because my dad wasn’t going to eat it since they made it wrong. The guy was so rude to us and had his head phones on while helping other customers which was disrespectful. Someone in line before me also had to get a refund and did but we didn’t? We spent $49 for three sandwiches but wasn’t able to eat the other one. Worst customer service ever. Don’t go here they keep messing up and it’s the worse. The guy kept putting his hand in his pocket which is not good for health service.

Wow, what is wrong with this place? I wanted a 6 inch meatball sub, and the person behind the counter put 3 meatballs on it and no marinara sauce. When I asked him whether there was any marinara on it, he said he had put enough on it. I didn't want to argue more. And then the toppings he put were so little that I kept requesting to put more. In spite of that, when I ate the sub I felt it was to tiny and light and costed me $10 for a 6-inch. Something is wrong with them - I'd totally avoid going to this subway if we've to make it a tense fight just to get a fair sandwich.
