The guy who was serving was very very rude. He literally threw the bag when we went to collect it. The bread wasn’t toasted and didn’t heat the chicken and veggie patty. WORST BRANCH. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT VISIT.

Hours are not correct
I should have read the reviews! I placed an online order 3 hours and 10 minutes before I needed it. I arrived 5 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and much to my dismay it wasn't ready. I had to corral my 6 year old twins and keep telling them no to the chips that are conveniently placed right beside the register. I purposely placed the order well in advance to avoid the situation and the employee still couldn't get it ready on time. When I got the food, I looked at it and said I'm taking a picture to discuss with the manager. The employee got defensive and threatened to call the police. I told him to go ahead, I'd done nothing wrong. He didn't have a name tag on and refused to provide his name. I left the store with my twins while on the phone trying to call the manager. There is an automated system and no one can get through to speak to anyone FYI. Meanwhile the guy comes out of the store telling me I need to get my child, acting like I'm leaving my child behind! Appalling! The food was below standard. There is hardly any meat or vegetables. Subway must be trying to cut costs at the expense of quality. The subs are either soggy and gross or dried, hard bread that is barely edible. Don't give this place your money, it's like flushing it down the toilet.
I must have blinked and missed the cheese, steak, and chips in the attached photo. Definitely not what is advertised!
The guy in the front is a racist. Never gonna go to this place again.

I ordered online on 16th Feb around 7:00pm and to my disappointment, the bread wasn’t even toasted—it was raw! When I went to pick it up in person, they had the Subkrunch, but even after adding it to my order, they still didn’t include it in my sub. Very frustrating experience.

That lady ( night of Dec 28th )made the subway but it was very pathetic . She does not know how to dressing different sauces . The manager of this location should seriously look into this.

There was one person working at about 1:30pm when my wife and I came in. There were three people in front of us and two people behind us. The employee worked quickly and courteously to serve everyone. Being that close to standard lunchtime, I would have expected two employees. I ordered a footlong turkey breast which is what I always order from any Subway location. The sandwich was fine, although the bread was a little chewy. What wasn't fine is that as soon as I paid, the employee went to serve the next customer immediately. I had to pull the receipt myself. I noticed that I'd been charged for the turkey titan sandwich, which cost $3 more than the standard turkey breast. I waited for a minute to ask for a refund, but the employee was fully engaged with the next customer so I just left. Therefore this review is the only way I can provide feedback.

The rest room is the most disgusting, dirty rest room I have ever seen in my life. I couldn't even able to wash my hand.

The people are always so friendly at this store. And I really like how late they stay open at night. I think it's like 9 or 10 p.m. not many locations do this.
Parking: They have an enormous parking lot. You'll always be able to find you a spot.

I attempted to get a sub here for lunch today.There were only 3 people in front of me, but I waited 20 minutes and was not able to start my order, so I gave up and left.This place was clearly prioritizing online orders over the people actually in the store, so it's a huge waste of time to go to the store.I recommend going to other places that prioritize the people who are physically in the store, unless you want to waste time.
