Cute spot in downtown Bellevue for a quick bite and sweets. Pooja catered my birthday with a cupcake assortment that was really outstanding. Highly recommend this shop as a local option for baked goods!

Cake looked amazing but did n't taste as great as it looked when we weee serving to the guest . Apparently it needed to be thawed more time than what the baker told us . How ever when reported to the bakery they were happy to compensate for it.

I can’t say enough about how exceptional Sugar n Flakes Bakery & Cafe is! From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and love that Pooja (the wonderful owner) pours into every aspect of this bakery. She’s truly crafted a place that feels like a sweet escape, with treats that aren’t just beautiful to look at but taste phenomenal.

One of the things that stands out is the low sugar content in the desserts. You can genuinely taste the quality of each ingredient, allowing the natural flavors to shine through without overwhelming sweetness. This approach makes every bite even more enjoyable and guilt-free! I appreciate the thoughtfulness behind this decision, as it speaks to Pooja’s dedication to providing not only delicious but also balanced treats for her customers.

"I recently visited and was blown away by the entire experience! The cupcakes were absolutely perfect – each one was very delicious with just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. The staff made the experience even better; they were warm, welcoming, and truly cared about making sure each guest had an amazing visit. And I have to give a special shout-out to the avocado toast – it was perfectly seasoned and topped, making it the best I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to treat themselves!"

I love this place, the environment is so comfy and clean, the cupcakes are delicious! Their garlic toast is sooo good. I want to come every week. The shakes are made with natural fruit. I absolutely love

Couldn't drink the cappuccino, it tastes like coals with milk, the beans are way too burnt.
They're completely vegetarian/vegan and do not have options with ham or cheese if that's what you're looking for. The tomato soup was ok, and the prices are fine, but to me at least the coffee is not drinkable. They also only have takeout cups even if you dine-in, but fret not the music is kind of loud and it's just pop/rap, doesn't not feel like a place to sit down and have a talk, so maybe the takeout cups are intentional.

Absolutely lovely cake made by Pooja for my son’s birthday!! 🥰🥰 it was the at a relatively short notice but Pooja did a fantastic job in understanding the design and even delivered it to our house!! The cake was very moist and super delicious, the butter frosting was also amazing and loved by everyone!! A little pricey but overall wonderful service!! ☺️ highly recommended for custom birthday cakes!! ❤️

The service was just as phenomenal as the cake! 10/10

This was my first time at this bakery and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the cupcakes were. I got the Coconut Cream Cheese cupcake and the cake itself had a fluffy and moist texture. The frosting was super light and airy with a perfect hint of the coconut. The service was also friendly and quick. I will definitely be coming back to this bakery.
