Food here is great but I'm simply writing this review purely on a customer service point of view from today. Went to put in an order on their website which does state orders can take up to 120 mins. I understand this and expect to wait that long going into my order as I've done it before and expect it.Get a phone call later from them stating, hey we can't fulfill your order cause we're busy and tells me next time to order earlier. Don't cancel my order and then tell me to order earlier if your website is up and allows orders to come through. Did not like his tone and didn't apologize for any of it.Due to this, I'll ensure my company does not use them either for large group orders going forward.

This place is a bit tricky to find. It's worth finding them for their yummy sandwiches! We were visiting family in Bellevue and picked up vegetarian sandwiches for a hike picnic. Totally delicious - even on a cold day while sitting on creekside rocks!

We stopped in to pick up vegetarian sandwiches for a hike in Lime Kiln Trail near Granite Falls. They were delicious! All 3 of us would opt for a take out lunch from Suggies again! Tricky to find - believe the directions and keep looking.

Wanted something fresh for lunch and found them on DoorDash. When I received my order I was pleasantly surprised with how much food they give you for around $12 a box! I ordered the turkey sandwich (which is huge for me and I only finished half) and it came with a bag of chips, a cookie, and a small pickle. Definitely worth the $12 and it was packaged nicely in its box! Sandwich tasted super fresh and the homemade cookie was soft and chewy. Will definitely be ordering for more lunches in the future!!

I have ordered lunch for my office from here twice in the last month. Both times our entire staff was EXTREMELY happy with their meals. Everything is super fresh and DELICIOUS. We love all the different options (sandwiches, salads, wraps, burgers). It also always gets here sooner than the online estimated time which is very appreciated. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Sugee's is one of my favorite places to grab lunch. Their food is awesome and they have great customer service and prices. They have also done such a great job at cleaning and wearing masks all throughout Covid which makes me want to support them even more. Make sure you grab a box lunch from them, it's like a lunchable for adults!

I will say this because I whole heartily have loved this place from the first time I randomly found it while working next to it and never knowing about it. If you ever have those moments as a kid when your mom made a sandwich and you wondered "Dang why this so delicious??" This place brings that classic feel of it just looks like a sandwich but lord is it tasty! I love that every sandwich or box comes with a mini pickle and hard candy. And the boxes just make a hard day at work just melt away with the cookies! The (I assume owner) is always front man, fast, polite, and just overall the coolest! Staff is always fast and even on slammed days they do their best to give you what you ordered. Thanks to all the members of this facility!
The reviews were amazing so my expectations were high! I got the Mochaca on a roll. There was barely any filling, flavors were very seldom, pickle was about the size of my pinky finger and cookie was average. A lot of hype for no reason.

I am a foodie and this place is REALLY GOOD!. It's a sort of hidden treasure as it's just off of 20th, but well worth it. What I really liked is the owner was manning the counter, he knew everything about the menu obviously, and he guided me through what the best options were for my sandwich. The menu was detailed, but not too much to overwhelm you. And the price was so good as well. I got two sandwiches and 2 pickles. It's right next to my new office so I'm definitely going here again!

Solid choice for a lunch sandwich if you're in the area. Got a Reuben, italiano, and all the cookies.The Reuben was good, with a healthy amount of tasty meat and toppings. I'd definitely recommend it. The italiano though was a little sad. There was a very small amount of meat, and a whole lot of bread.All the cookies were good, as were the pickles. Staff was friendly and prices fair. Check it out if you're in the area for a sandwich lunch.

I was first introduced to Sugee's as a teen and my mom had discovered their cookies. Specifically their sugar cookies with raspberry jam. When I returned to the area I discovered they had transitioned to offering box lunches and catering.Their lunch offerings are outstanding! Their bread is homemade and they use fresh ingredients, example-when I request avocado on a sandwich, it's not browning as if it's been out all morning etc. Lettuce is crisp, tomatoes firm and the chosen "protein" is always on point. There's a wide variety of options for most palates.Sure hope this Covid-19 pandemic doesn't force them to close, I missed being able to order from them when our office was shut down for 4-months. Like other local and sometimes small restaurants, it has to be tough going.

I had a great experience ordering lunch boxes from Sugee's today. It was as easy as calling them, placing my order (paid via credit card), and picking up curbside, no-contact in just 15 minutes. I had the reuben sandwich and it just hit the spot. The brownie was yummy, too! Thank you, Sugee's!
