Music’s goddamn loud, even when there are hardly 20 people in the house. Poor service too. You’ll get a different treatment if you ask for water.

Had the most amazing time celebrating my friend birthday with my girl gang at Suite Restaurant/Lounge inside Hyatt Regency Bellevue 🎉🎉🙌🏻🙌🏻. From the stylish ambiance to the great music and cocktails, everything felt upscale and fun.They played some Bollywood music for us too.
We reserved a table in advance, and the service was on point — super friendly and attentive. The food and drinks and the whole vibe was perfect for a glam night out.
Definitely recommend Suite for birthdays, girls’ night, or any celebration — we had a blast and will definitely be back. They recently did event called sip and paint too for the pet lovers but I missed that event this time.

I stopped by for a drink. It is not like what it used. Service slow and not too many hot people like it used to be. Drinks are a bit more expensive nowadays is to be expected.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to share this. My mom got severely ill after eating a poke bowl here -- she ended up hospitalized for a week due to food poisoning.
On top of that, the staff at the door is always rude. There is no sense of hospitality or professionalism. It's also worth noting that the place is usually empty on weekends, which now makes a lot of sense.

After finding out that the chef at the hotel we were staying at had called out for the night, we were left trying to find a place to grab dinner. We stumbled into Suite purely by chance. The service was excellent, friendly, fast, and personable. My gf and I both had the Kobe burgers and they were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Last night, my wife and I discovered a true gem in Bellevue—SUITE Restaurant & Lounge. Tucked inside the Wintergarden Lobby of the Hyatt Regency, this venue offers an exceptional blend of fine dining and live entertainment. 
We opted for the $59 prix fixe menu. I chose the Wild Sockeye Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My wife selected the Bistro Medallion Steak, tender and expertly prepared. The Roasted Beet Salad, a substitution for the appetizer, was a delightful mix of flavors. Our meal concluded with delectable desserts and refreshing mocktails. We lingered over tea, enjoying the ambiance and the captivating aerial performance.
Our server, Josh Torres, provided outstanding service—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The highlight of the evening was the aerial artist, a third-generation, classically trained performer from Las Vegas. Her stories and performance added a unique and memorable touch to our evening. 
Despite a modest crowd, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The spacious outdoor seating area is perfect for larger gatherings when weather permits.
SUITE Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden treasure in Bellevue, offering exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and top-tier entertainment. We look forward to our next visit.

The bartenders here are truly the highlight! KG and Angie are absolutely amazing — they’re warm, personable, and make you feel right at home. The vibe they create feels like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Honestly, they’re the reason we keep coming back. We only come to see them, and they never disappoint! The rest of the place is fine, but it’s really the people behind the bar who make the experience worth it.

The menu said beer was $6 and we thought that was a screaming deal until we got the check and it was much more than we expected. They said it was the happy hour menu and we should have noticed. Sure enough, we looked again and it said Happy Hour at the top. So we asked, ok, then where's the menu with the real prices? They couldn't or wouldn't show it to us, but said we should have expected beer prices to be higher because the cocktail prices were high.
