After finding out that the chef at the hotel we were staying at had called out for the night, we were left trying to find a place to grab dinner. We stumbled into Suite purely by chance. The service was excellent, friendly, fast, and personable. My gf and I both had the Kobe burgers and they were cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Last night, my wife and I discovered a true gem in Bellevue—SUITE Restaurant & Lounge. Tucked inside the Wintergarden Lobby of the Hyatt Regency, this venue offers an exceptional blend of fine dining and live entertainment. 
We opted for the $59 prix fixe menu. I chose the Wild Sockeye Salmon, which was perfectly cooked and flavorful. My wife selected the Bistro Medallion Steak, tender and expertly prepared. The Roasted Beet Salad, a substitution for the appetizer, was a delightful mix of flavors. Our meal concluded with delectable desserts and refreshing mocktails. We lingered over tea, enjoying the ambiance and the captivating aerial performance.
Our server, Josh Torres, provided outstanding service—attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. The highlight of the evening was the aerial artist, a third-generation, classically trained performer from Las Vegas. Her stories and performance added a unique and memorable touch to our evening. 
Despite a modest crowd, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The spacious outdoor seating area is perfect for larger gatherings when weather permits.
SUITE Restaurant & Lounge is a hidden treasure in Bellevue, offering exquisite cuisine, exceptional service, and top-tier entertainment. We look forward to our next visit.

The bartenders here are truly the highlight! KG and Angie are absolutely amazing — they’re warm, personable, and make you feel right at home. The vibe they create feels like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Honestly, they’re the reason we keep coming back. We only come to see them, and they never disappoint! The rest of the place is fine, but it’s really the people behind the bar who make the experience worth it.

The menu said beer was $6 and we thought that was a screaming deal until we got the check and it was much more than we expected. They said it was the happy hour menu and we should have noticed. Sure enough, we looked again and it said Happy Hour at the top. So we asked, ok, then where's the menu with the real prices? They couldn't or wouldn't show it to us, but said we should have expected beer prices to be higher because the cocktail prices were high.

As a long time Bellevue regular I won't say that Suite is on my favorite list. In general I find the food terrible, the drinks even worse and the service so-so.
I went last weekend to see DJ E-Pop who I've seen in other venues - he really classed up the place and brought a whole different crowd. I had an amazing time and will be back if DJ E makes it back in rotation.
My server was Zach who offered probably THE best service I've ever had at Suite. He was attentive, helpful and took absolute care of my and my entire group for the whole night.
Now, I might make it back :)

As far as drinks name your cocktail and the staff will make it great. My fav is the classic old fashioned. Much prefer this to the joeys and earls of the world

I wouldn't have heard about Suite until I saw posts about aerial performances. The happy hour here is a great deal! I got to see Angela do two beautiful routines on the silks. Sad they've reduced the aerial entertainment to just one evening a week now.

Horrible horrible DJ, I have come here many times every time I had a blast but this time it was really sad. DJ was playing the entire song.. didn’t take any requests from us.. we were a party of 13 and the only ones dancing on the floor. The music sucked.. Food was good and ambience was great. Ariel dance was beautiful , but the whole experience was spoiled because of the DJ and music and this was a Saturday night.

Last night, my friends and I visited Suites for a girls’ night out. The atmosphere was nice, the popping chicken was great, and our waiter, Zach, was wonderful. However, the host and manager left us deeply disappointed.
We called ahead and were told valet parking would be free with a reservation. When the valet tried to charge us, we went back to the host, who gave us conflicting answers. Eventually, the manager came out and, in front of everyone, dismissed our concerns, refused to investigate, and treated us as if we were lying. Her condescending and dismissive attitude made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. I couldn’t help but wonder—if we were a different race, would we have been treated this way?
In the end, it was the Hyatt Hotel manager—who had nothing to do with the situation—who resolved the issue in five minutes by calling valet and securing a refund for us.
This wasn’t just poor service; it felt personal. No one deserves to be ignored, dismissed, or treated unfairly. Businesses need to do better—respect and accountability matter. Suite manager name started with a T
