Stayed at the Hyatt hotel on a business trip. Conveniently located inside the hotel I decided to patron the Suite restaurant. It has a nice ambient dim setting. I inquired with the hostess on using my business discount on a to go order & she enforced I could only apply the discount for dine-in. I found that excessive being the discount wasn’t anything big but I complied. I told her my order & let her know I’d be right back simply dropping my luggage’s upstairs to my room. I figured it’d be productive anyways taking a few minutes off of my wait time for my food, ordering a shrimp quesadilla. I returned back seated at the bar after 15mins I wondered what was taking so long. Come to find out the hostess never placed my order so I was waiting for no reason. Irritated, I placed my order again with the bartender & she allowed me to use my work discount & packed my food to go. I’m not sure why the hostess felt like she needed to hold me hostage for an $14 appetizer but I was not pleased with her customer service.

Overall a great place to have either a company party, a date night, or just a night at the bar. The atmosphere is great for mood lighting or watching the local game. They also host great shows with acrobatic performances. Definitely would recommend a visit.
Not as pretentious as you might think. They have three course dinner for $39 and 5 course dinners for under $50. It's a small space. Tiny dance floor. If you want a table reserve before 815. Music is modified EDM. Mature crowd.

We stopped in after eating At Daniel’s Broiler. It was close to closing but we wanted to wait for some friends coming from another event before we moved on to another place. We were closing out our bill when a grumpy older man at the bar started yelling at a group of people coming in. This group was our friends and I tried to explain they were not there to order anything just wait for us to get our checks back so we could leave. He didn’t want to hear it and told us all to leave. So we left, too bad it want until after we paid our bill and tipped. We wouldn’t have tipped but since they had our money they didn’t care. We won’t be coming back any time soon. Plenty of other places to spend money.

In hospitality business there is no need for treating customers rudely and unprofessionally. My drink was poured wrong quantity. When I noted this to the bartender she brought an entire bottle and spilled the drink on my shirt and the counter. Absolutely aggressive uncalled for attitude. I noted this the manager on duty and requested her to note the cameras. I goto the other side of the bar and order the same drink and this time magically the same exact drink costs $4 more than what I had paid just 20 mins ago. I have been to suite uncountable times, given them thousands of dollars in business and group as well as work events however I will mot tolerate some untrained bar tender to behave the way she did.The theme of rudeness at suite is consistent and seems now to me more of a management issue than staff issue. If management cannot train their staff on ethics then such an establishment should not exist.The least I expect is a manager to reach out and at least try to understand what transpired or simply check the cameras between 10:15-11 PM.

Wife and I love Eastside happy hours and decided to try Suite. We started with drinks, one alcoholic and one non. Both were half price and well-crafted and delicious. We ordered 4 plates for dinner and lived them all! Beef/Lamb Sliders (Wife's fave), Chipotle Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Quesadillas and my favorite, Rock Shrimp (yummm!). But what made our evening special was our incredible server Josh (Josh/Jett/Jack). He made sure we wer well-taken care of. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, too. Even though he had numerous tables, we felt like we were special customers. Tremendous customer service!

1star is too many for my experience.What a complete disappointment! My friend recommended we go here for my birthday/New Year's Eve. We paid $59.00 Canadian per ticket that included nothing! Just to get in to a place with no room to move, extremely rude servers and terrible music. The only spot to get a drink was outside in the lobby but the server was so rude as she was dealing with the men that had tables. What a joke! We luckily walked across the street to the Legion Sports Bar that was no charge to get in, they gave us a free glass of champagne, had entertainment going on and the service there was beyond amazing. Do not waste your money here!
