Excellent Xiao long bao. They were structurally sound so no tears or blowouts, and every one had plenty of soup. The pan fried dumplings did not quite have the texture and flavor of sheng jian bao but they were still enjoyable as their own thing. Frozen mango yuzu lemonade mostly tasted like mango candy. I'm not docking them points for it because the star of the show is clearly their dumplings.

If I had to be picky about this restaurant, it would definitely be the restroom. It feels like a maze to get to, and the sinks and toilets are often messy or not well-maintained. The area around the restaurant can get very crowded, and there’s sometimes an unpleasant smell.
I strongly recommend avoiding peak hours—especially weekend lunch or dinner—because the wait can easily be over an hour. What’s frustrating is that even when you walk in and see plenty of empty tables, they still won’t seat you right away. It seems to come down to staffing shortages or table management; you just have to wait in line until they think it work in their way.

New Supreme Dumpling location to try! The food we had as very good and included Black Pepper Beef, Pan Fried Pork Soup Dumplings, Dan Dan Noodles and some Schezuan Chili Wontons. All hot & fresh and very well prepared. What I didn't care for is how close the tables are to each other - there's no privacy to be had here at all, and even walking in between tables is awkward because the tables to too dense. Also, it was pretty cold where we were sitting - about 63F. While I enjoyed the food a great deal, I didn't care for the Atmosphere too much. Service was excellent, however.

This place is unusual. I tried to place a pickup order by phone, and the staff member suggested I order online instead. Since we were already on the call, I asked if we could just place the order right then. They agreed, asked me to hold for a moment, and then never returned. If the preference is for customers to order online, it would be better to communicate that clearly rather than agreeing to take the order and leaving someone waiting

Avoid this place if you value your time. Waited 75 minutes for a pickup order (4 dishes). I spent 50 minutes sitting in their lobby just waiting. They claimed the delay was for 'spicy wontons,' which makes zero sense for that amount of time. The front desk's attitude was mediocre at best—no urgency or accountability. Extremely frustrating experience. I am never coming back.
