This is mid sushi. Satisfying for a quick lunch. Service was just okay, I think because it’s a belt sushi they don’t check on you too much. They have a variety of options on the menu. All the plates are color coded by price. The sashimi was good, and the pieces were good size portions. Those were the best bang for your buck.
We ate many plates and it was moderately priced. Many rolls and plates to choose from. Most have too much sauce on them, imo. I enjoyed the ones without many sauces but still good. Surprisingly, I really liked the coconut shrimp best.
Green tea was hot and flavorful!
Parking is tight but there are stalls around the center. We didn’t have a problem finding one but I could see it being an issue.

Pretty decent conveyor belt sushi. Salmon is fresh and of good quality. I love their torched sushi as well. Miso soup is also delicious!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. The variety is great and frequenly changed! There was consistent availability of classics and the specialty items changed out enough that I kept being tempted by new items on the belt. The friendliness and service was far superior to any conveyor I've been to! Was helped by several attentive staff with consistent friendliness and was able to order items not on the belt witu quick turn around time. They had a few people walking the floor and tending to everyone which was efficient. Pricing is fair and even a steal considering prices these days. I'll come here next time I want quick conveyor sushi!

Just came back from dinner here with my husband. We were both dressed semi dressed up and were wearing our wedding rings. As my husband paid the bill for a anniversary pre-dinner the asian waitress asks if the bill was together. It was very obvious we were a couple. No other couples were asked this and I am so frustrated by these comments to me and my husband and no one else. This really upset me and I will never go back due to this experience.
I was a regular customer that would come here once a month or so. They had decent conveyor belt sushi. Highlight is probably garlic green beans which I haven't seen at other places. Don't is overpriced and small.
The sushi makers were nice and friendly.
I can not recommend this place and I will never go back due to that waitress.

Nice that you can start eating as you get seated. Food was pretty good, chefs are on top of the orders! Came in on a pretty hot day and was difficult to flag the servers down for water.

Sushi Me in Bellevue has been our favorite sushi spot for almost 15 years, and for good reason! The food is always fresh, the chefs are friendly, and they even remember our usual order and special requests, which makes every visit feel personal. Yes, the service can be a little slow at times, but it’s worth the wait because the quality and consistency are unmatched. After so many years, we can confidently say they’re simply the best!
