I kind of favor this one over the original southcenter location. More menu options. Nice seating layout. My only gripe (which is 1st world problems) was no nigiri on the belt. Not a huge issue as we just ordered it from the tablet. Ordered food comes on a shuttle above the belt food. Really cool expedient concept.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was there on weekday lunch by myself. I ordered shirmp tempura udon. But the soup was too blend it was almost like a water. Seaweed inside taste too fishy. Breaded Shrimp tempura was wayyy too thick. I had to take off all the breaded part and eat only the shrimp. I talked to my server and she said sorry to me and she said she will take out this order from my bill. I was appreciated it about it. After I paid and I got my receipt. I didn’t think I had to check my receipt since my server already said she will take out the order from my bill. So I thought she took it out. After I paid I had to run to get back to my work, I didn’t had chance to check the receipt. After two days, I was organizing my bag and saw that server didn’t took out the order from my bill. I called and explained what happened and asked for partial refund of it. But the one who answered, I’m pretty sure she is Chinese because she said hi to me in Chinese. She was like “why do you tell me now?”. This means why I didn’t complain on that day. The way she asked question was so rude. Even if I explained what happened. I told her you’re customer service is really bad, but she ignored. She was like “you will get a refund. I refunded”. And that was it. I should’ve ask her name but I was so annoyed I forgot to ask her name. Shame on you. You should not work at a restaurant. This restaurant is just opened and their customer service is like this? Get a better staffs!

Hits the spot for conveyor belt sushi. Not amazing sushi nor is it bad sushi by any means. I had 5 rolls and miso soup for $25. iPad at each table to order fresh rolls
The new owners of this place have finally cracked the code for Factoria mall sushi! It is SO GOOD!! The little cars to bring the food are so fun and the servers are always so friendly and helpful! (Andrew is the best!!) Hands down best sushi in Factoria!

My server andrew was amazing, he brought us the sriracha mayo because he remembered we usually ask for that and we thought that was so sweet of him. He is such a kind server, I will be coming back

Today I found the wasabi smells weird. They sent me another wasabi and it also smells weird. Last time I got a chicken skewers (Yakitori) still frozen inside. I am worried about their food.

Overall the food was ok and service not bad. However be careful when your check out. They add extra items to your bill and overcharge you. I was stupid and did not check my receipt until I got home. My friend and I came and my friend. I do not drink however my friend had a beer and 2 small sake however they charged me for 4. They also added an extra red plate onto my bill when there should have only been 3. The server was Ivan. I was looking at the bill and was wondering why the price was so high compared to what I initially had expected. I even tipped which I shouldn't have if I had known he was going to overcharge us. You are all better off going to a business that actually runs with honesty than this place that adds extra charges if you do not pay attention.
Update: The owner was very quick to respond and fix the mistake. Everyone here are very honest and friendly staff! Honestly the food here was also much better than most revolving sushi spots I have been to. I was honestly just upset as I had been overcharged from a different place and I thought I was gonna go through the same headache as before. The one that is always overhyped Kura Sushi quality cannot compare to here at all. The quality here was much better and more fresh. It was an honest mistake by the server as he was new. I will be giving this place another try the next time I am craving sushi and am in that area. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are in Factoria area!

Came here for lunch and was blown away by the delicious sushi and service. I had to bring my parent so we came for dinner a few days after. We ordered a bunch of different items. Everything was fresh and amazing. Service was great and friendly staff. They don't mind to fulfill my request to do some custom order for my sushi rolls. The ambiance is great. We will definitely be back.
