I love their vegan option with tofurizo, mushrooms and black beans. I got the bowl. They are very polite and ask you lots of questions about your order. Delish!

3 1/2. I tried a chicken burrito, and it was okay i have had better in other places. Kinda lacking flavor, it wasn't a bad experience. If the food truck is around in the area i am at i might go and try something else there but I wouldn't go out of my way to try something else at this food truck. The staff was really nice which is always a plus!

This awesome food truck is at the Hops for Crops beer festival at the Mary Olson Farm every year and I always look forward to getting the spicy pork mulitas! So yummy!!

Had to grab a quick lunch in Downtown Bellevue and came across the Tacos La Flaca truck. Excellent carne asada burrito....good flavor and lots of meat.

Great Mexican food from a food truck! Mulitas was like a thick quesadilla with a lot of meat and not too much cheese. Hot salsa for chips was right amount of hot.

Tried this place next to the skyline tower in bellevue during lunch. I got the rice bowl and it was delicious but a little overpriced ($10) for the amount of food given. My friends got the trio tacos ($9) which is amazing too! Love the lime and radish on the side.

REALLY great food and nice folks run this Food Truck, I had a Mulitas with Pork, lots of cheese and some guacamole for extra goodness.....Amazing food and great presentation.....it seldom gets better than this from any food truck.

Tried this place today at the Kelsey Creek Farm Fair and the tortilla shells were thick and hard. The cheese quesadilla was not good. The guacamole was bland. In my opinion there are other taco trucks in Bellevue that taste better and are more authentic.

This food truck was parked by the Skyline building. I went for it and got a beef tongue (lengua) taco and one steak (carne asada) taco with a side of the beans. This came to $9 with tax included. The beef tongue taco was very flavorful. The soft tongue with a little bit of broth and a squeeze of the lime made it a wonderful bite. The carne asada was also flavorful and tender. There were some onions and radish slices on the side. Since the tacos were so flavorful, I didn't eat those with my taco. Instead, I put them on top the beans as toppings. The beans were cooked perfectively that they were soft but still had some integrity to them. Having some topping was nice. I almost wished I could have some broth and eat it like a stew. Overall a great lunch proposition. The food was fast and I was satisfied after eating it. The only complaint is the carton was a little flimsy and I had to guard it so that it won't be blown away by the wind.

We had Tacos La Flaca at our wedding and our guests could not stop raving! Delicious, filling, festive! Great service:) Thank you!

Tacos and meat was cold. Tortilla the same way. Also you expect to be faster rather then waiting over 30 min to get the tacos getting ready. For a $3.50 taco this is a rip off. We even tried to talk with them they just don't care

Torta was all bread, little filling. Ordered the pork that said it came with pineapple. No pineapple. More disappointing, almost no pork. Mostly just bread with peppers on it. Asada that my wife ordered had a lot more on it. Maybe what I received was not the norm, but it was a let down.

Their food truck showed up at a major community event as the only food option without enough staff or pre-prep done. Long waiting times for a couple of tiny tacos.
