The experience of just a pick up is terrible, feel completely ignored just because the language is not spoken the same, did not even get asked how I could get assisted, would definitely not recommend because of the customer service, the water that is given to the guest looks very unsanitary. Also the wait time was terrible kept getting said 5 more minutes, those became half an hour with a crying baby inside the car. Terrible

We only used karaoke. No service provided. They forcefully charged a 18% tips for nothing!

The order tone is very loud and annoying. The servers are lost when asked any questions in English. Practically begging for water or a vinegar sauce. All the food is spicy from genetic spice not original. They skipped the rice and other on our order but tried to bill us for it anyways. They get a 2 out of 100 from me. I should have went to a Buffett

Ordered 1 item for pickup, turns out I need to wait for 50 minutes from the estimated pick-up time. 1 item for 1 hr plus is ridiculous.

We ordered plenty of BBQ and dishes!! Those dishes may be too much for four people!! Since we ordered one appetizer (stinky tofu), four BBQ types (chicken wing skewer, lamb skewer, beef skewer, and roasted leeks) and 3 dishes (eggplant, roasted duck, and stir fried beef). Hence, it will be $40 per person with tax and tips included. otherwise, I guess it should be $30 on average!!

It's creative that they combine Karaoke with BBQ.
I have been here last year after Russell Peters' stand-up comedy show. The crawfish was tasty and the BBQ was not bad. We spent 50-60 dollars per person.
But I came here recently and was shocked by how terrible it was except the sound quality of its Karaoke devices. As someone who cook often, I can easily tell they cook perfunctorily. The food was not tasty at all and they seemed to only use the precooked seasoning packets. The gluten skewer almost had no taste and was super hard that I couldn't even chew it. What's even worse is that the ingredients was far from being fresh. The lamb skewer tasted sour even with the strong flavored seasoning. (Update after seeing the response of the business owner: I mentioned both the problem of the lamb skewer and the gluten to the waitor during checkout and got the refund for the lamb skewer. So that's good. But still, I would rather receive the food of better quality rather than the refund.) I really wonder if those were made by professional cooks.
I only saw restaurants which charged mandatory service fee for a table with more than 5 or 6 people. But to my surprise, we only had 4 people and still got charged without even seeing the notice anywhere. (Update after seeing the response of the business owner: We were in the private room singing for the first hour and finished the food outside after the first hour. Now I understand why the service fee was charged. But I wish there was a notice ahead as I was not quite satisified with the service. I even had to walk outside asking for water multiple times. If I was asked to choose the tip on my own, I might tip differently.)
I am so disappointed and don't think I will ever get back or recommend any friend to eat here.

Ordered online. We arrived at the time when app says the order is ready. But when we arrived, they haven't started making the meal. They told us it gonna takes about another 10-15mins. We waited but after 30mins, still not ready. We have to ask for it again.
Eventually took us more than one hour to get our order.

Today, I had an incredible birthday celebration filled with karaoke and delicious food at Tasty Time, surrounded by my friends. Huge thanks to Sam and his team for their exceptional hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy good times with friends.

Groupon has a deal for a deluxe karaoke room up to 50 people but this isn't real. Their rooms are really up to 15 max. It was a bit stressful when I learned about this especially when I had planned an event for 40 people. However, the manager on site, Carl, was very accommodating and his staff gave us a great service to make up for the mishap. We still had to pay additional $36 for cleaning fee which really should have been included in the Groupon. All the staff were friendly and patient though. The food was just okay and the karaoke machine/audio was great.
