We’re really disappointed with how this situation was handled.
We placed a phone order for pickup: two Pad Thai (shrimp and chicken) and chicken noodles. We clearly asked for the shrimp Pad Thai to be not spicy at all, since I’m a breastfeeding mom and cannot have spicy food. For the chicken Pad Thai, we requested a mild spicy level.
Unfortunately, the order was completely reversed — the shrimp Pad Thai was very spicy, and the chicken one had no spice at all.
When we called to let the restaurant know about the mistake, we were told we would need to drive back so they could verify that it was spicy. With traffic and our schedule, it’s not realistic to expect customers to make another trip because of an error that wasn’t theirs.
We understand that mistakes happen. However, customer service is about how those mistakes are resolved. We were hoping for a more accommodating solution.

We came in for dinner in early January as a party of four and were seated immediately. We all had the lychee martinis which were really good. We all tried different items from pad see ew to curries to spring rolls. Everyone liked their dishes which came out surprisingly quick. The servers were prompt to refill water glasses. I got a spice level three, which was perfect. It’s just enough spice to make my nose run a little and need water lol. It’s not the best Thai food I’ve ever had, but it was still pretty solid.
One thing I didn’t like though, was that they can only run two different credit cards per table. If you’re dining out with more than two people & doing separate checks, you’re going to have to either pay cash or Venmo/PayPal a friend for your share.

Delicious Thai food and nice atmosphere. Duck curry was amazing as we're the drunken noodles.

We came in on a Monday night and got takeout the next day for lunch. Had the Panang duck curry and phad-see-iw. Both were tasty. Wish there was a little more duck because I had a lot of broth left and could have kept eating! PSI had a ton of gailan. Unfortunately the mango sticky rice is out of season but the black sticky rice pudding was wonderful. Warm and comforting. For lunch we got phad Thai and basil fried rice. Again both tasty! The phad Thai was a little sweet for me but I like it a bit more sour. Best thing was the curry and we will return for it for sure

The meanest service ever received in my life. Such a rude waitress who was so eager to get us out of the restaurant saying they need to close down. Food was average. ambience is good but we need to live and respond on their terms. Kids were not served water as well.

Green curry with shrimp was fantastic! Hot and spicy but not inedibly hot. 🥵. However, please take note that I may have been desensitized to spice by prior work in a Thai restaurant.

Rachel makes the best martini in Bellevue. My husband and I go there for the firecracker shrimp and chicken curry. I personally love the fresh flowers on every table. We ate at the bar last night and enjoyed watching the baseball game.

We were thoroughly disappointed with our recent visit to this restaurant. The place was almost empty when we arrived, and the waitress was incredibly impatient and uninterested in providing any kind of service. To make matters worse, the food we ordered was even worse than the service.
