If you've ever lived in Wisconsin, in an established old school neighborhood, where there's a corner pub every couple blocks, you know what you're getting into here.
My partner and I met in Seattle but are originally from different parts of Wisconsin and we both started smiling when we walked in.
Everything feels lived in, the folks at the bar know each other, the staff are friendly, the food is tasty. It's exactly what you want if you want a burger and fries at a pub.

Local vibe was good. Being a visitor from out of town i didn't feel welcome. Service was slow, the bartender very off putting. Chips were good but the salsa was pace picante. The drink prices were good for happy hour.

Came for football and a beer, got uninformed political commentary and sticky floors instead. The bartender joined in on the “debate,” which didn’t help. This place could use a visit from Bar Rescue — and maybe a mop.
