I was there to pick upba ham before Christmas. The line was moderately long. However, it moved along fairly quickly. The staff were warm and friendly and of course the product was wonderful.

Make sure you prepay online because if you try to pay the day of it’s like they are punishing you to make you stand on a long line with one cashier meanwhile the prepaid customers have three cashiers and are in and out. Wont be coming back next year. They are telling you don’t block the door. Well how about open up these registers.

If you’re just picking up a ham and sides, this location is fine. But, if you order food, forget it. Our server was left in tears because no one picked up our sandwich order. Other customers who came later, were served before us. Manager seemed disinterested in what was happening.

McKenna helped us get my Christmas supplies and lunch while we waited. Unfortunately, she was the only one helping customers. 6 other people there but she had to take our order then make the food then bring it out. Management needs to pay attention! Over 20 minute wait just for a sandwich.

This year I decided to drive a little further to bellevue instead of Lynnwood. The customer service and food selection is day and night. This is now my sit for Christmas dinner!!! 5 stars all the way around

I’ve tried this place a couple times, both ordering in store and also for pick up on DoorDash. The food is very good and the staff are obviously trying their best. It seems a bit unorganized and the systems are still being set up. However, my one complaint is one of the people packing the orders in the kitchen: they have such a sour attitude towards both employees and guests. Did not get her name. Also for somewhere that is not really that busy, the food (even when ordered ahead) takes a really long time to be ready. I chose to give 4 stars because I do love their food and want them to succeed. Bonus points for amazing Mac n cheese!

The sandwich was way smaller than last time. The soda fountian gave me water instead of lemonaide. When I told her, she checked but did not fix it or apologize or explain. I asked what was on the ham sandwich, and she did not tell me it would have honey on it.. She did not appear to know what goes on it, yet she made my sandwich.The side, potatoe salad was a tiny cup not much bigger than a ketchup or condiments cup..

Parking: Shopping plaza.evert time I've gone I never had an issue finding parking.

Helpful women made sure my wife and family bought more than enough food for Easter.Would have been 5 stars, but I sensed a lot of 'up selling' by the workers where my wife wouldn't say 'no thank you'. After all that is their job as sales persons.

Great place, a holiday tradition, ANd we had. A problem with our ham. Needless to say, the customer service is fine at this store. I was able to contact them by phone, with minimal wait. They gave me their email. We sent pictures of the mostly uneaten ham, receipt, and picture of the label. They refunded our purchase and said they wished more people would call instead of leaving bad reviews so they could help. They want to help.I’m impressed! I didn’t expect this after reading other reviews. Thank you.When we visited it was early morning and Christmas Eve Eve. I will say the greetings were not all that friendly but thank you for working on the holidays, it was gonna be a very busy day. No harm. No foul. Did not impact star score for me. Try to cheer up.We’ll definitely be back. These hams are amazing and 10 years in I’ve never even thought about a refund until this year. Our ham has an undisclosed problem and the store was VERY accommodating.Just call them. They will make it right.If you’ve never been here. You owe it to yourself to taste a honey baked ham!!
