Perfect place for a special occasion! We celebrated our 22nd anniversary (we go annually) and they made it extra special with rose petals, sparkling cider, and we even got to pick from the memory box! We had a great time.
Always so delicious and appreciated some of the changes in the offerings and new sauces...loved the golden barbeque. Welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne by the Manager and excellent service by Elle. This is always such a fun evening out.
Enjoy coming here with Friends and kiddos. We got to eat here during Restraunt week and joy the fun experience with everyone. We get cocktails and love them so much!
This has been my go to spot for date nights, or celebration dinners. It has gone up in price... again. We loved to get the 4 course experience in the past, but I think next time, we will go just for the cheese fondue, or chocolate fondue to dessert.

This was amazing. I put gluten free in the comments and when we arrived the hostess was ready for us. We asked for separate pots. After we were seated our server immediately asked if we were ciliac. This assured no cross contamination. The server was knowledgeable and accommodating...so appreciative of this since our ciliac person has a high sensitivity to gluten. We all enjoyed our meals and there was a large selection of foods available. Such a nice experience!
Fantastic. As always. Newest menu rewrite did away with wine flight pairings which was disappointing. Prices went up but what hasn't in ‘25.
We went and celebrated our anniversary here tonight and they really went above and beyond to make it a special night. I truly couldn't thank them enough. This was such an incredible experience

The food is good, but too much. Would like to see a smaller portion available for the entree option.

My partner and I went to the Melting Pot for the first time ever to celebrate two events at once. It was a busy evening, and even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for a bit before we were able to be seated; we decided to kill time in the bar. We were just in time to enjoy the Happy Hour menu, and it had a some solid deals on appetizers. The bartender Will was able to recommend and mix up a couple of great cocktails, plus he a good fella to chat with.
Once we were seated we were greeted by a server named Dani. She gave us a few recommendations, and was able to answer the questions we had about the menu no problem.
We ordered a four course meal, which I believe was ~150 for the two of us. The salad was great, but when the meats arrived I felt a twang of disappointment cuz of the small looking portions. But their size was instantly forgotten once I had my first bite... the meats were actually phenomenal. Just DO NOT overcook 'em!
Once we had reached dessert, Dani brings out the platter for our dippin' and she had written, in chocolate syrup and stylized in cursive, a message of congratulations referring to the 2 events we had specified in our reservation. This cute little gesture really showed me the attention to detail of this joint, and it really is the little things that turn a good experience great.
At one point there was a tune over the radio I had recognized but hadn't heard in forever. It made me appreciate that they weren't just playing the Top 50 from the last 50 years.
Is it cheap here? Hell no. But the novelty and great experience is definitely worth it.

Me and wife went here for our anniversary dinner and we had really good experience. This place offers food which is unique and what we loved was they allow you plenty of time to sit and have food. It’s great for conversations and the concept of fondue is pretty unique.
We ordered cheese fondue at the start and then I went with veggie entree for dinner. My wife went with chicken and shrimp entree. Both of them were different and unique. We were too full to try Chocolate fondue, but that’s on our list for the next time

Delicious, wish I have multiple hearts and clean arteries to eat more cheese and do it daily.

Im disappointed that this location got rid of the yogurt curry dip and the Burbon st themed entree.
It also felt like they skimped on the fruit (apple slices, strawberries, etc )
And, they do that thing where they 'protest' inflation by charging you a fee on top of your meal, rather than just charging more. Feels tacky for a higher end establishment.
Cost ~$100 per person plus $50 for the base, plus drinks plus 4% surcharge, plus taxes and tips
