Celebrated my birthday with some close friends, reservations was easy, check in was easy. Victor was informative, helpful, and and absolute pleasure! Definitely will come back and will recommend to others.Dietary restrictions: We were politely asked about allergies but other than that nothing else applied to usParking: Our reservations were later in evening, 3 separate cars found free street parking near entrance, not sure other options.

Food was a major disappointment. Almost every single piece of food on the entree plates was completely unseasoned, and the cooking liquids don't impart enough flavor to make up for that. Service was a tad slow, mostly because they had one server working our entire (full) section.

My sister, mom, and I all came here for our first time for my mom’s birthday, and we felt like queens! We had their signature cheese dip to start, a couple Caesar salads, the main course which was brought with a variety of meats (depending on which option you chose: they have chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, duck, and chicken potstickers!). We ended with the YinYang fondue and Chocolate Explosion and we were very impressed. Our server, Sami, was nothing short of amazing. She explained everything out to us from the process of service to how long each meat should be cooked and was very attentive throughout the experience. She was even sweet enough to design a “Happy Birthday” plate for my mom with some fondue dipping snacks on it!We were very impressed, too, that she had personally designed our YinYang fondue dip that was in the ☯️ shape.Thank you Sami, thank you Melting Pot!

Went here for my anniversary with my partner and it was amazing! He had been here before but I hadn't. He has severe allergies and they were super on top of being safe and accommodating for him and it was awesome. Our server was lovely (I cannot remember her name right now, I'm sorry, but they were really lovely and I loved the conversations we all had) and explained the menu well and was just amazing. Also, without us asking, they knew it was our anniversary and gave us a cute plate with 'happy anniversary' written in chocolate with some chocolate covered strawberries. Overall, we had a super lovely time and I feel like I could spend hours there. It's pricey, but so worth it.Dietary restrictions: Super allergy safe. Took necessary precautions for tree nut/peanut allergy.

Great place to eat with friends or family. Don't expect a quick in and out. Our party of five was there for three hours. Wisconsin cheese dip is amazing. Steak entree probably had the most food.

Wow - I used to eat here often and the servings are a lot smaller now. Our server was nice, but inexperienced and not attentive. We put all of our leftovers in a pot to cook and while I was in the restroom they took the pots, when I mentioned it to our server she was apologetic and said the bus boy didn't speak english, I really didn't need an excuse. She also over poured sparkling wine into my daughters glass and she did nothing to rectify the mess, no new glass, no extra napkins. All and all it was fine. The vegan options were good, but the portions and service just added up to a so so experience, not a $100 per person dinner (only 2 people had alcohol).

We did not have a good time. It was my husband's birthday I called ahead about the 5 course celebration dinner and was told not issues. After arriving they handed us the regular menu and had no clue about my request, after getting that worked out I orderd the regular celebration dinner we were supposed to get a little bite to start which never came out and when the main cane out it came out with the lobster which I never order I took it as I know it's going to go in the trash once I send it back. The server was never to be found and the over "experience" was not there. I have been to melting pots in other states and have had much better experience I will not be returning.

I'm still scratching my head over the disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Ultimate 5-course special was a complete letdown. The explanation for the menu was unclear, and the fifth course, an amuse-bouche, left me utterly bewildered. I paid an extra $35 for this tiny dish that looked and tasted like something leftover from someone's salad. The cherry tomato, dressing, and bacon simply fell apart before reaching our table. I tried asking the server some basic questions, but she seemed clueless. The whole experience cost $250, and I didn't get the value I was expecting.

It's a very fun and tasty place to eat! The cheese is amazing. We found that the meat was a bit much, I'd have preferred getting just cheese. But it was an experience and we enjoyed it! Desert was incredible ◡̈

The food was good, but the service was not what I expected. We had to have the busser track down the absent waiter in order to get drinks delivered and sauces that we requested. The noise level was very high, which was not the restaurant's fault, but maybe if other tables were eating instead of waiting for service, they would have been quieter. We have been having an annual birthday meal at this location every year for at least the last 20 years, and this was the worst service we have ever had there.

Came here with some friends to try it as we have never gone before and probably won't go back. We 2 fondues and and meat platter. Each fondue you get a tray of bread, fruit, and vegetables. The bread is stale and average nothing special and the rest as you expect. The cheese was the same, didn't taste anything more special than what you could get at the local grocery store. We also ordered the meat plate with beef, salmon, shrimp and chicken. That was good but for what the price you pay it wasn't really worth it.Overall I wouldn't recommend it and you could probably find better food somewhere else. If you really want fondue make it at home.Vegetarian options: Fondue is vegetarianParking: Can park on the street near the restaurant but peak hours might be hard

HOT OIL WARNING! I'm not a person who writes reviews but after telling other people what happened I feel I need to warn others to not eat here or at least not to order the hot oil to cook meat. We went on February 2nd, at 6:30 for our 21st anniversary and reserved it 2 weeks prior. The server told us she was new and to be patient with her.  We were seated at the smallest table in the restaurant and were struggling for space the entire time even though there were plenty of larger tables.  It took a long time for our first drinks and our server said the bar is really slow. She forgot to put in our second drinks and we'd had to ask for them again which took a really long time with the slow bar.  One of our salads, a ceasar, had absolutely no dressing so we shared the other one.  The server offered us another one but we decided to move onto the entrée. It took about 45 minutes of checking the oil to get it up to temperature and for the meat to arrive.  The oil never seemed to get up to 325° but it was smoking and the pot was making cracking noises which I filmed. I tried a piece of mushroom and the oil BUBBLED AND SPAT LIKE A VOLCANO 1 foot away from our faces. The server left the thermometer at our table and we realized that she was measuring in Celsius and the oil was actually 438° Fahrenheit. She asked someone from the kitchen to come help and they turned the oil down. We waited twenty minutes for it to cool and it was still at 400° so we turned it completely off. We told the server what happened and she said they never trained her properly with it.  We were so horrified that we asked for the manager and were informed that he didn't want to talk to us but eventually came over. He told us it's not their fault because only 2 people per week order the hot oil and they don't know how to use it. We finally got to cooking our mian course after being there for over 2 and a half hours and controlling the temperature ourselves with the thermometer.  I was exhausted so we cooked most of it to go and asked for our dessert to go.  By the time we got our dessert and paid it had been nearly 3 hours. I then used the bathroom before we left and it was disgusting. The kitchen staff told me they felt sorry for us because we were there for so long. We talked to the manager on our way out. He was incredibly rude, blaming us for our experience and told us 3 hours is a very average amount of time to spend at the restaurant.  He said he has absolutely no authority to take any amount of money off of the bill, which was almost $300, and he wants to quit his job because the owner doesn't fix anything within the restaurant. The manager had his business card hidden and told us there's no way to get ahold of the owner. He even showed us his phone with emails to the owner that were not returned. Lastly when we opened our dessert the next day it was the wrong one. Definitely the worst and scariest experience we've ever had in a restaurant!

What a wonderful treat. We unfortunately didn't make reservations, which I highly recommend. But, we arrived fortunately at Happy Hour, which is amazing!!!. I had to show our bill of $58.00 for a 4 course meal is fabulous! Plus we wach had 2 drinks. The bar staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was scrumptious ?. We started with their Orchard Salad with mixed greens, raisins, apples, candied pecans, cheese, and apple ranch dressing. Then, the charcuterie board of a variety of meats and bread. We also added a cheese fondue Classic Alpine with mixed veggies and bread to snack on. Absolutely delicious. Finally, the piece of resistance dessert, oh my goodness....Chocolate fondue with a tray of yummy delicious items to dip into. We devoured it! Nothing was left. Again, I highly recommend going there at Happy Hour in the bar ? ? take advantage of the fantastic discount and enjoy the delicious food. We will definitely be back. We had so much fun!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free bread to substitute with, and it is very tasty.
