Not giving it a one star review since I never been here. But I went on Sunday with my wife and they weren't open. Drove all the way from Tacoma. And they were closed. Google says they're open. And so does the website. Any idea whh they were closed 9n Sunday?

Took family here for a nice family breakfast and would NOT recommend. Half the menu options were out of stock and over priced. We were never greeted, sat ourselves- very cold environment. We ordered our food with their online pay first service, now I know why.Once our food arrived those who had ordered eggs found egg shells in there. We also ordered the breakfast burrito and found hair mixed in there.so disappointed as we decided to give a small business our money- spent over $125 and with no recourse or concern as we were told there was no manager to discuss our concerns with. The store itself was extremely dusty and we also saw spiderwebs as we were leaving. Such a horrible experience and won't be back.

Staff was very nice but we all agreed that the waffles were very tough, not good at all ?. Maybe using a cheaper mix or reheated old waffles, but really terrible. Latte wasn't bad, nice concept just need to get the waffle worked out.

NEGATIVE points for hospitality. First they said can’t take our order since there were no seats available which was totally fine. Then there were two empty tables which they wouldn’t clean despite us waiting for than 10-15 mins. They showed no interest in seating us or cleaning the table for that matter. It was almost kind of deliberate. Honestly I am not interested in tasting your food, no matter how good it is, when you don’t care the least about your customers. Never going back.

Okay ish. Waffles are Chewy. It's a hit and miss. It was awesome 4-6 months ago we'd visited thrice for weekend breakfast. This time it was meh. The fries were good. The waffles are Chewy. Not fresh. Depends on when you go. Service isn't great. Wait times are large. Price is on the expensive side. No outdoor seating. No hebanero in an American dining.

Nice little corner place with lots of free parking. One can sit down and the ordering experience is completely online via a QR code. Depending on which part of the world you are from that might or might not work for you. Some people prefer an European cafe experience, others don't.Ordering is easy, though I would suggest that they add pictures to their online menu, that might help some folks.Food quality was great, the coffee freshly brewed, and the salds very very fresh.I would definitely come back if I am in this part of town.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with flat and easy to navigate terrain

My first time here. I was disappointed. As a former restaurant worker, here's where I saw that the business could improve on. 1) Front of house staff should great guests coming and help them get seated. 2) Ditch the ordering from your phone. No one wants to pay a tip when we have to order our own food and navigate an app. Also, swing by tables and ask guests if they need help ordering or have questions about the menu. Cashier was not knowledgeable about the food when I asked her about it. 3) bring out food at the same time and not one at a time. 4) We asked server for water and she pointed to a soda fountain machine where we could get our drinks. 5) food was over priced and the quality was lack luster. Paid $50 for 2 meals and a drink plus tip. Paying the tip was insulting. I wanted to ask for it back, but didn't as I didn't want to insult my friend who wanted to go there. I don't blame the workers. I believe the owner needs to provide better training for their staff. I won't plan to come back.

Avoid this place. They cannot even make their name sake waffles. Where is the food in the pictures? You enter and they won't take your order but refer everyone to order online. The online system adds a mysterious service charge and prompts you for a tip before they have even done anything for you. Ok sure, it was simple enough. They don't have any soda pop, apparently the fountain drink machine is broken, and they are too lazy to even sell canned pop. Ordered chicken and Waffles. Waffles were so chewy you cannot even cut with fork. Totally unedible. Chicken appears to be frozen store-bought chicken patty, deep fried, dripping in grease and cut on a plate with fresh hot homefries that were the highlight of this meal. This dish was totally presented wrong and dripping with grease, patty and fries on a plate then two chewy waffles dusted with powered sugar on another plate. Very bizarre. Note to restaurant... pat down chicken of excess grease, one plate, waffles on bottom, chicken on TOP, with seasoned fries next to waffles. Herb butter was liquid and drizzled on waffles apparently and immediately soaked into waffle. Bacon and cheese omelet was a bit overcooked and unseasoned homefries were much better with ketchup. Total bait and switch here. No love in the food or presentation.

In post covid this restaurant is set up quite nice. The menus are available physically or on QR. The QR option is specific to the table and easy to pay. Little to no interaction with waiters but that's by design. Food was delicious and very sugary.

Small and a cozy restaurant. The reason for 4 star service is that you need to order via app even for eating inside at a table.I ate NorthWest style egg with Avacado on the side. Eggs were cooked just as they should be for an over easy. Country style potatoes were good and not fried with oooold burnt oil.The reason for a 4 star for food is that there was no choice for sourdough toast which is for me weird for an egg&waffle place.Other than that I would always prefer this place instead of an IHOP

Awesome place for a breakfast in the area! ? I liked the menu, and the way to order from your phone. The waffles were great, and I also got the eggs with sunny side up. Looking forward to visit again :)

The food is definitely pricey. U would pay over $80.00 jst for a family of 4. My eggs were over cooked. Waitress's don't come over and ask "how's everything so far?" Good thing I only gave a $1.50 tip. I also asked for a to go cup w/ lid, they wanted to charge me $4.00 Omg!?? Lessoned learned, always read your reviews!.

Drip coffee here is super good, haven't tried the food yet. If you're paying with cash/card you have to walk up to the counter (which isn't a big thing) but online payment you can have them come over to youWas quieter when I went around Noon on a Thursday.Kid-friendliness: Didn't try the food, but they seem to have plenty of breakfast options to choose from, atmosphere isn't adult or anything, I'd take a younger kid as long as they can behave in publicWheelchair accessibility: It might be a bit hard accessibility wise, there's no stairs or anything and it has wide walkways, but it is a smaller place and you would definitely need to do some rearranging to be able to sit at a table. Takeout should be accessible, unsure about dine in
