Cozy cafe perfect for catching up with friends or catching up on work. The space had a variety of seating available accommodating groups of various sizes, and the noise volume was reasonable. There were a few outlets scattered around the room.
We ordered an Americano and a Japanese iced pour over. Price felt high for the quantity of coffee received BUT it was worth it for the quality.

I've been on the hunt for a cafe in Bellevue that's optimal for doing work in and to get a yummy drink; Third Culture Coffee hits both of those marks! They have multiple large round tables and a long rectangular table in the center, which actually makes it possible to have a pastry, pot of tea, and a laptop without it feeling squishy. I've tried the drip coffee, earl gray tea, and hot chocolate. All are good and I continue to get them.

Good experience in the past but has gone downhill. Couldn't even do a passable cardamom chai.

The story on the wall reflects the story of so many immigrants and that is why this place was on the list as soon as we looked up places for coffee. They have a bunch of pastries and many other coffees to choose from. Ranging from Vietnamese coffee to Indian filter coffee.

The service is slow and finding a table can get difficult because the place is always packed (we came twice). If you grab a table you miss out on your name called out as you cannot hear through the commotion. If you keep lingering you’d hope that you ordered a takeout because finding a table will be its own time spent in having your coffee cold if ordered hot.

Anyway, we got the Indian filter coffee, Spanish bombon, and elaichi chai for our beverages and avocado toast for our breakfast.

Avocado Toast is absolutely stellar. Served on a toasted sourdough bread with the creamiest avocado and kimchi hot sauce. It was delicious in every bite. I wish I’d ordered two of those in one sitting because it’s probably one of the best ones I’ve had in a while. The kimchi definitely adds the kick that I’ve never experienced on an avocado toast before.

Indian filter coffee: I took mine with jaggery. The jaggery did not come until the very last few sips of my coffee. I’m guessing it wasn’t mixed well enough and that is why the coffee felt almost lackluster. I expected a lot more given the Indian exposure. Well, maybe there’d be a third time?

Spanish Bombon: Espresso with condensed milk but make it the bitterest you can find. My husband just downed it because he just wanted some caffeine kick. The coffee was ice cold and we had to ask them to heat it. He rated it 0 because he did not enjoy a single sip.

Elaichi Chai: Hints of cardamom but chai that was so milky it almost tasted like latte. Odd, isn’t it? Not overtly sweet and quite enjoyable if only the chai was slightly more brewed for it to stand out.

Overall, the place has an exciting food menu that we didn’t get to try as much as we’d have liked, but we are optimistic about for the next time. The coffees as exciting as they sound didn’t quite hit the mark for us.

I love their filter coffee, but the desserts are way too sweet. We tried the rose pistachio cake and it was overly sweet , wouldn’t recommend the desserts, but the coffee is definitely great!

They do have validated parking at Parking88 apparently. The coffee selections are limited. The rose cardamom one we got was both bitter and perfumey, just not very good. Prices were significantly higher than going rate. Service was nice. Very loud for a cafe.

i LOVED it here. first time in seattle and on a 4-day trip, so i hit LOTS of coffee, matcha, and other cafe-ish spots. this was the best snack & drink combo i had anywhere. the golden milk is beautiful, the affogato with chai masala is heavenly, and the avocado toast is *so* good. fresh chilled avocado, great bread, and flaky sea salt and a hot sauce drizzle on top. the vibes are good too - great variety of folks, seating options, even a cool swing! and electric outlets available along the bar wall which is nice for working.

I came in with my nephew, who is a special needs kid, and ordered a hot cocoa for him. It was served very hot in a to-go cup with no sleeve, which could have easily burned his hand. When we asked for a sleeve, the barista was noticeably rude and showed no sense of hospitality — especially disappointing when serving a child with special needs. Basic safety and kindness should be standard. I hope management addresses this so all customers, especially vulnerable ones, feel safe and respected here.
