Great service but food was not very satisfying. The pork trotter soup tasted like hotpot broth. Wouldn’t come back again.

Today's takeaway chicken and hot and sour potato shreds are fried with millet pepper or something. Anyway, they are red. They are very spicy. They were delicious when I ordered them before. The spiciness is just right. How come the spiciness has been upgraded today Sichuan The cold noodles are also spicy as hell??

This time, we didn't take pictures of the food, but it looked great and tasted even better. Next time, we will try something new for us. All the dishes were looking very appetizing.

Chinese restaurants in seattle/Bellevue are just so ridiculously mid. Service was alright I guess, with the standard 18% service charge. Typical overpriced but normal food and just quality of food is not it

Excellent food and flavor! You need to know that they will not seat you if not all members of your party are present.

I have never had a bad meal here. Everything is to die for and the service is excellent! My favorite Chinese restaurant in WA!

Definitely an authentic Sichuan菜 experience to be had here. Flavors remind me of some of the best similar restaurants I've visited while living in China.Dry hot pots, stir fried green beans, spicy noodles, and (non-spicy) beef and Chinese broccoli and fried rice for the kids made this an all-around great choice to please any palate. Vegetarians also have a lot of options, but I would probably check to ensure it's Western veg vs. Chinese veg to make sure no dietary rules are broken!Although it can get packed, as many other reviews have mentioned, service via QR code ticket gets things moving fairly quickly, and you shouldn't need to wait more than 20 minutes or so.

Came here for a special occasion about a month ago. We had a party of five, and we were promptly seated. Servers were great. They kept an eye on our table all throughout the meal, and appeared frequently to remove empty dishes. We tried almost everything on the menu I think. It was all delicious and fresh, I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for a good Chinese food experience

I’m pregnant, the duck meat I ordered is still raw, I ate many vegetables in that dish already, then I found out the meat inside it is still raw, I’m really worried now ?

The service attitude is very bad. It's really bad. It's like I owe this restaurant money. The dishes are all cold. Don't eat, don't eat, don't eat!

Celebrated a birthday dinner. During the night, I was not impressed. The food was cold. Service was interesting. No birthday special. They were busy. Feel like cattle. Move people in and move people out. However, dont forget my tip. I'll pass and will never go again. I recommend going somewhere else.

Tian Fu has been on my to-try radar for a long time, and I'm glad I was finally able to pay this restaurant a visit! And I have to say if you are looking for a solid Sichuan style restaurant in the Factoria area, you are in luck! I've been to Tian Fu a couple of times and even though it may look busy if you decide to go around dinner time (6-7pm), service is usually fast and you should get seated soon, unless it's a especially busy night. The ambiance of the restaurant is lively, there are always going to be a good amount of people dining in. The decorations are fit the atmosphere of a busy Chinese restaurant well with decorative Chinese chairs, tables, and wall decor. Ordering is done through their online ordering system - where you scan a QR code, select the dishes that you want, and pay your bill. The restaurant staff will come up to your table afterwards and confirm your order and ensure that there are no mistakes, which is nice. Service is also relatively fast here too - I usually got my dishes about 10-15 minutes maximum after the confirmation. In terms of the food served here, the flavor is great! I've tried a chunk of dishes here - from Boiled meat, to dry pots, to Sichuan vegetable dishes. Most dishes are seasoned well and have pleasing textures. If you decided to order the dry pots, there also is a subtle wok char flavor profile - it's like a smokey charcoal flavor that gives the dishes a extra tang that I haven't really experienced at other Sichuan restaurants. Now, about the spice level since it is what people want when they come to Sichuan place - most dishes have a decent amount of spice, not too much, and not too little. I personally haven't requested more spice, but I'm sure the wait staff would be happy to oblige. On average you will probably spend at most $60 - 75 for three people (assuming about 1 dish per person), and you will definitely get a decent amount of food given the price. I would say for the Factoria area, this is good since most things are expensive here. I have been to Tian Fu a good amount of times, and would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food is good.3 Stars for lack of consistent to-go service.Frustrating to try and plan an order from here when their to-go service is only open randomly.
