Where do I begin? The parking is abysmal, and I was so cold inside the restaurant that I lost feeling in my toes (and the bathroom was even colder). The parking situation is horrendous. Limited parking available, and you risk getting towed if you don’t park in the VERY SMALL designated area. The amount of patrons the restaurant can handle is more than the parking lot can handle.

We used to eat at Top Gun when it was located in China town many years ago and we had great memories of the tasty food. It was probably the best in China town at that time for Dim Sum. Years later we found out it was on the East side in Factoría. We had Dim Sum ordered and it was very good. Maybe not as good as original but still tasty..
We went a few times to the restaurant to have Dim Sum and the wait can be very long because so many people are coming. Service ranges...
