my experience there with the lady working front counter is rude and feels she's entitled to not serve or give exceptional customer service .I asked her twice in a friendly manner to refill my water with ice & she told me to say PLEASE first so she can refill it.Latino ppl sometimes are very biased rude & unapologetic to other Latinos it's very bad customer service especially if you are working for tips & your prices are sky rocket expensive for a Mexican restaurant it's not what I'm used to.

I came to this place order my food the lady wasn’t friendly at all she seemed to be races with her own people after I pay and start eating I realized I need a little more sauce for my tacos I asked her if I can have another one and she said it cost 50c which I didn’t mind but I didn’t have 50c cash with me right there she didn’t even bother to offer the sauce I will not recommend this place she lost me for 50c and her attitude

This is typical mall food. I ordered carne asada and it was ok but quite average, and I could tell the ingredients weren't fresh. There are better restaurants in Crossroads Mall and certainly better Mexican food restaurants in Bellevue.

We didn't really like the food. My husband gets flan everywhere he goes and he said this was the worst flan he'd ever had. The employees are nice and we love the indoor food court that it's in. The service was also super fast. But we weren't happy with the actual food

This restaurant recently this year changed hands and man did it make a great difference. So far I have tried the big burrito and their enchiladas with rice and beans so that's all I can comment on. The Burrito was not my favorite it was okay since I'm not a beans and rice fan. The enchilada was so addictively good I was wanting to go back and get more of the flavor of the chicken enchilada in particular It was so juicy and perfect I have never felt that way before about an enchilada at least not in a while. I will definitely return for the enchiladas again.

This is one of my goto places for when I'm craving some mexican food. I usually go for the special burrito because I think it's a great price. If you're going for this recommendation, be sure to speak clearly. Last time I ordered the special burrito, they thought I said expresso burrito which is a few dollars more expensive. I only caught it because I knew tax couldn't be that high. You have the choice of chicken and beef. Last time I ordered beef I was disappointed. I think chicken would be a better buy. That's what I'll order next time. I'm unsure if they charge more for the beef either since when I looked at the receipt there was only the amount I paid for and no itemized history. Definitely would go back and have but not giving it a 5 star because I'm honestly puzzled what I'm paying for every time I go. The price seems to change a lot.

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. It looks like they might have gotten new owners as the menu and food had changed. Unfortunately, those changes were for the worse. Couldn't finish the burrito or the nachos

This place is absolutely horrible! I called in my order like I usually do and the girl on the phone told me rudely that she can't take my order over the phone which baffle me! I have been going to this place for over 10 years and never have I been told I couldn't place the order over the phone so I went in assuming they changed their protocol this girl was rude as hell in-person more than she was on the phone! She talked about me in front of me to the old man behind the counter that was cooking my food in Spanish like I didn't know what they were saying! Furthermore the quality of my food was terrible my food was cold on top of that the beans were burnt beyond belief! I don't know what happened to the ownership but these new employees are running this place into the ground I don't advise ever spending your money at this place it is a waste of time and money!
