Toshi's Teriyaki

Extremely clean and cozy environment, beyond impeccable customer service, not only was I warmly greeted with a smile and given the absolute best customer service, I watched the lady behind the counter give every single customer the exact same kindness and warmth. She was so sweet to everyone, making sure they enjoyed their meal after they finished, offering extra sauces and sides, showing everyone the best ways to eat your dish and what things go best with each dish. I think my favorite part about her was how genuinely excited she gets when people like the food, you can tell it just makes her really happy. She noticed I was pregnant and gave me a bit of extra kimchi, I swear she literally made my day. I always DoorDash from this location but whenever I do come in it’s the same service everytime even from the guy who works the counter sometimes too, everyone I’ve encountered here is so warm and friendly. Which is something that’s seriously lacking in a lot of restaurants nowadays. Thank you to the Team at Toshi’s Factoria location for never failing to feed me amazing food and put a smile on my face.

We were driving through Seattle and decided to stop here and I’m so so glad we did. The food was delicious but what stood out to us was how incredibly sweet the owner was, never had greater service! If we ever come through again we will 100% be going back!

We looked everywhere in Bellevue for a teriyaki restaurant that was open on New Year’s Day and found this amazing hidden gem in factoria. Very friendly and nice staff and the food was amazing! Thank you!

It was alright. Really basic menu but the prices are crazy expensive. I ordered a sesame chicken and total after tax was $20 before tip. In what world does chicken and rice cost $20??? This place use to be really cheap and affordable but not anymore. They have jacked up the price like crazy. Won’t be coming here anymore.
