I’ve been coming to this bakery for about a year and genuinely used to love it. Lately though, the experience hasn’t been the same.
There’s a newer staff member at the counter who often seems irritated, is frequently on her phone, and comes across as rude when customers ask for help or have questions. This is very different from the friendly and welcoming service the bakery had before, which is honestly what kept me coming back.
It’s disappointing to see that change, because the bakery itself is good. As a customer, you expect at least basic politeness when you’re paying for food.

My husband went to store to redeem my birthday free slice of cake around 12:40 PM on 11/09/2025. I didn’t even know about this birthday offer until I got the email today. The first cashier tried to help, but said the coupon showed as expired. I asked over the phone how that could be since I just got it and never used it. She then asked another lady to check, and that lady spoke to me in a really rude and dismissive way. She said, “It’s expired, and I can’t fix technical issues,” in a very unhelpful tone. Her attitude honestly made me feel like she didn’t want to help at all. And the situation really ruined my birthday experience, which was disappointing because I was just trying to enjoy a small treat. I think this lady could use some training on how to speak to customers more kindly and handle situations better. It’s a very bad experience.

Got this garlic ham and cheese for 7 dollars and it barely had anything in it, just plain bread. Will not buy it again.

I would recommend the waffles here, but the cake I got for Mothers day was a bit dry. It looked beautiful though. All their baked goods look very beautiful. Would try other baked goods based on the waffle here.

Their cakes are the best! I personally love the tiramisu. It’s not too sweet either and the perfect mix of coffee n cream.
I went to the checkout trying to ask if they accept Apple Pay. I saw there was a queue so I stood aside it and waited until current customers completed their purchase. But as soon as I started asking, the checkout staff rudely interrupted me, asking me to stand at the end of the queue. I explained that I was just asking questions but the staff just ignored me without even looking at me. I don’t think the staff knows how to serve.

We used to shop in this store many times a week. But now, the service is becoming unacceptable and rude to people here. We were buying bread, and the server at 12.30.2024 1230PM treated our bread without respect and was disrespectful.
I am so sad that the store we used to be suitable has become like this. I just want to post to let everyone know before coming to the bakery to avoid rude service and be treated with kindness.
