There is a sign saying it's permanently closed. They need to pull it from Google. Went here with a few friends, excited to come here after living on the East Coast for a bit, just to be disappointed that it's closed. We wasted gas, hopes and dreams.

Last Friday (6/21), I placed a mobile order and arrived to the store shortly after and there was a paper sign on door that said “Closed” (at ~2pm for a store that normally has 8pm closing) and the employees were still inside. I was unable to cancel my order from the app and the employees ignored me even when at one point someone came out and yelled at another two girls waiting for their scheduled catering order. They never made my order and I have no clue if I will be receiving a refund because the app never indicated the order was canceled and they had not shut down online ordering. There were several other people who also showed up and had their mobile orders ignored and unfulfilled.

Really disrespectful customer service, with no communication about the situation and acting like it was our fault that the app was still allowing online ordering when there was literally no way to cancel via the app to get a refund.

While I empathize with the stressful situation they were in (broken AC and large catering order to make) that is no excuse for rudely yelling at customers and ignoring the fact that online ordering was still open resulting in an even bigger mess of customers paying money for food they will never get.

I already contacted the official corporate support page but it’s been over a week and still no response or refund for an order I never even received. Absolutely scammed, avoid mobile ordering from this place unless you want your money literally stolen from you.

Made a pickup order through the app this past Thursday to pickup on my way back down from Deception Pass. I’m new to the area and live in Gig Harbor so wasn’t familiar with the area to know the store hours. But since this location came up and allowed me to place the order of course I assumed it was open. As soon as the order was confirmed the hours showed at the bottom and sure enough it was showing to be closed that day. So I figure maybe the hours needed to be updated is all since it allowed the order to go through. Get to the location and sure enough, they’re closed. So I look in the app trying to cancel the order to make sure I’m not charged for an order I can’t even pickup due to the restaurant being closed. I had made the order for ASAP so the app tells me i can’t cancel it I have to call the store to cancel an asap order. Of course I can’t do that because the store is literally closed. So I decided I’ll wait until it says they’re open on Google and try calling then if the charge posts to my bank account. Sure enough, the charge posts so I start calling the store trying to see how I can get a refund for my order that was impossible to pick up from a closed location. It’s been several days and I’ve continued to call with no answer. Finally emailed corporate about the situation and requested a refund 2 days ago with no response. And still no answer from the store when I call. This used to be my favorite smoothie place, but will not be visiting this location or any other again until this situation is resolved. Ridiculous.

Thats the size of a $15 Acai Bowl. Its easily less than half of what u d get elsewhere!!!Also it was loaded with lots of added sugar which was unnecessary and didn't feel healthy...

Kind disappointed, being their customer since the starting of pandemic,they used to be my daughter ‘s favorite smoothie store, however the quality of the smoothie getting worse, today we ordered two smoothies pickup thru DoorDash as ususal, my daughter kept complaining it tasted very watering and has no flavor, she feels sad since this was her favorite smoothie store since pandemic. Not sure if it is because my daughter didn’t hit the “tip” button when using my DoorDash app to order the pickup order. If this is the reason, since when we had to pay tips for a pickup order?

Came here after a workout class and got the Island Green Smoothie... Best drink I have ever had. There was only one person working and three of us in the Cafe but the worker moved so fast and efficiently. I will 100% be coming back.
