We've been big fans of TB for many years, but had a poor experience the Bellevue location. Our server seemed to have limited menu knowledge. Example....we inquired about the specials menu that was on line and asked to see a written copy. We were told there was none. They were not well versed in the specials. We ended just getting on line and looking ourselves. We had our grand children with us, who ordered off the kid menu. We were never told that a drink came with a meal and only saw that when we were finished. Would have been nice to have had that offered to them. We had to remind the server that the kids got dessert. We ordered 2 salads and 2 pizzas to share, and the kids meals. Everything came at once. Our expectation was that salads would be first, as they always have been. Maybe we assumed, but it seems this should been asked. When we finished, nothing had been cleared from the table. We had to move things away so they kids could enjoy their gelato. We didn't leave feeling good about our experience and don't foresee going back to the Bellevue location anytime soon.
The pizza was delicious! The place was pretty loud despite not being packed. And our server seemed to go out of her way to ignore us. We were even sat by the server station! I had only one stop-by for a water refill, and our server didn't even check on us once after our food was brought out. I had a well-behaved (exhausted and quiet) toddler with me, she didn't bring her a drink or offer a booster seat. I had to order a water for her when I was ordering our mains. Overall I couldn't tell if they just hated kids or just didn't care or what was going on.
Young waitress. Did not pay much attention to us. Run out of water, no refill. Yes, I could have asked, but drunk my wife's, since she order another drink. Overall not too bad.
Food is consistently good, staff are pleasant and attentive, and atmosphere is relaxed. We know we will enjoy our dining experience whenever we eat here. And the Amici Club rewards are a bonus!!!
Nice place. Food quality/taste was good. Server was kind and helpful with the menu and suggestions. Pizza was amazing; probably thinnest crust I have ever tried.
Definitely worth trying out.

Went to have pizza with my busybody 5 yr old. Tabatha was amazing! She brought so much joy and positive energy to our table and even took time to engage with our son. Those few minutes she gave us hanging out with him was fun for our son, gave me peace to enjoy eating! Such a blessing. Truly outstanding service!
Recommend eating at the patio because inside is slightly noisy.

The food is really good! I had the salads, pizzas, and pastas and they were all delicious! My favorite is the mushroom gnocchi.
Preference: I rather sit at one of the normal tables instead of the high tables to avoid having my feet floating while I eat
