I’ve been coming to Old Town Bellevue for years, and this is such an amazing addition! I really love French wine, and she has an amazing selection. She has new world & old world wines that rotate so you'll never get bored. The space itself is cozy and inviting and is really beautiful. She also has happy hour and is open EVERYDAY past 8PM, which is almost unheard of in Bellevue. Love it!!!!

This is the perfect concept for this spot and the Bellevue area. A truly elevated selection of wines and amazing, personable service. This has quickly become my favorite place to drink AND eat in Bellevue. The beet salad + any flatbread is the best combo. Endless great things to say about Valentina’s, I can’t recommend it enough.

Wandered in on a Monday evening. Lovely weather so the big windows were open for fresh air even at our seats at the bar. The wine flight looked interesting but we opted for a bottle. Ordered the olives and almonds, bread with herbed olive oil, and fig/bleu/prosciutto flatbread - all delicious, and we over-ate a bit to finish nearly every bite (was enough for 2-3 people as a meal or 4-6 as tapas). Nice conversation with Valentina about wines of various regions. Her list will change frequently and it sounds like there will be regular tastings and events, so we look forward to going back. Pricing consistent with other (reasonable, not gouging) restaurants. Overall a good value and very enjoyable evening, IMO. (outdoor seating coming soon)
