Wayback Burgers

I grabbed The Big Easy and combo. I took my first bite and thought something was missing, but realized I just wasn't being assaulted by salt like most fat food burgers. All the ingredients were high quality, meat was cooked perfectly, and tots were a great addition. Highly recommend this to be your new burger place.

Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever seen on my life! They are so amazing and the food is delicious. I really appreciate Z and Dave! I would totally recommend!

Food war terrible. Actually felt a bit nauseous after eating. The store is managed badly, which reflects in the food. Store had a weird fish smell even though I don't believe they sell any fish products. The floor was sticky and dirty. Soda machine's ice was out of order and the coke tasted warm and had a faint taste of dishwasher soap or something. Bun was stale. Burger was greyish, not well cooked. I'll never return to this place.

Wayback burgers located in decent complex near safeway have burgers very neatly made. Taste great. Fries are well cooked not mushy specially onion rings and potato tots. Garden veggie burger with tots and rings is worth the price ($18+). Atmosphere is minimal but it is kept very clean! Seems like it’s family run. You pour your own sodas. I see people getting various varieties of shakes all the time which I will try next time..

I love their burgers and veggie burgers and tater tots, plus they have draft beer. The counter person tonight was AMAZING. He was fast, polite, helpful, knew the options well enough to make recommendations. An incredible employee.

Ordered Nashville Hot Chicken, came out DRENCHED in oil, bun was soggy, chicken was falling apart. All you could taste was oil and cayenne. There were 3 people yelling in the grill area, 1 outside the grill area messing around, not paying attention to cooking. Also over heard on gentleman ask another (what Hand do you use to wipe, left or right?) nobody wants to hear that while your cooking food. Food was not good for price point, service was ok.

Bun was soggy, the burger saturated with grease and seasoning so you couldn't taste the burger. Had to listen to the 3 kids working conversation the whole time because they were so loud. Was hoping for a good burger place, sadly disappointed.

I normally order these guys on Delivery services.I always liked these guys choices for burgers.I also enjoyed the Service the staff had an hour before they closed. Great place to pick up dinner at 8 PM.

Wednesday their burger melts are on sale and that is what initially drew me in. However I wasn't given the discount because I "didn't mention it" when I ordered, they didn't fix it but were otherwise nice. Been there for other burgers now several times. Other than that first time, friendly and accurate orders, delicious food. Great sauces too.

The absolute BEST cheeseburger I’ve ever had!!!! ? I’m back for more the very next day now. My newest favorite of all burger places!??

Food is Great. But I really take Exception to your Policy of not allowing Customers to Tip ! Your Staff do an exceptional job representing your brand. In this day and age with the cost-of-living so high it is ridiculous that you do not allow them to receive tips. I think you should revisit this policy.

It was OK...took awhile for the workers take our order even though no one else was there? I guess their conversation was good, because after they took our orders they acted as if we went to our car and started talking to each other like their chillin in the back yard watching a game.. Customer service? Has anyone ? it?
