Looking for a burger after golf and folks we were paired with suggested Wibbleys which was not far from the course. Arrived around 3:30 and not too busy . This is a walk in/counter order/table service type of place. Menu on the wall is extensive, including chicken sandwiches and fish and chips. Fountain drinks are Coke products and they also have beer. We had the original Wibbley’s with cheese- very tasty. Fries were good and hot: too many places serve fries that are barely...

I was so surprised to find out they had a gluten free option, and then I tried it!! Well, it was so good I ate it first. The options they provide to top your burgers with are out of this world. Highly recommend.

The burger is solid. Not fancy, not over prepared, no secret sauce, no ridiculous toppings. Just a solid and filling standard issue burger. And there is not a damn thing wrong with that!

The patty is flavorful and the buns held everything together with zero sogginess. That’s a must for a good burger!

The fries are the star of the show. They’re thick and girthy. Skin-on. Some like it, some don’t. But it’s definitely healthier than skinless....
