Food was good. Best were the 7 Element Soup, scallops, fried cauliflower and Mongolian noodles with flank steak. Lettuce wraps were a little too sweet for me. Service was okay. Could have checked for tea refill a little more often. Otherwise it was nice not to be rushed and let us visit over lunch for a couple of hours. It was not that busy but there was one large group.

This place used to be so good! I'm not sure what changed but the food for the price is kind of average now. We were in a party of 5 and everyone thought it was “ok”. Food came out warm but not hot -like it sat for a bit. Flavor was ok but not how it was in the beginning of wild ginger history. I so wanted it to be fabulous!

Everything on the menu is so good. Also was very accommodating of our infant with a high chair and great service.

The sea bass was excellent. Rest of our order was on the more heavy/salty side. The dessert menu was more of an ice cream/a gelato menu.

We decided to try Wild Ginger as lots of people have raved to us about it over the years. They must have only meant the original. We waited far too long for someone to come get our drink order. When our food arrived, one of the items was missing and we had to flag down our waiter to let them know. When the missing item arrived, the waiter claimed it went to another table and there was no real apology for the mess up.

How does WG get better and better? We had a last minute family get together in Bellevue and everything was delicious as always - and perfect! We always adore our gatherings at Wild Ginger and know that we'll have great service, wonderful ambiance, and to our surprise, we got a little additional holiday cheer with Snowflake Lane.
Great service on a very busy night! Wonderful tale to accommodate our party of six that included two young children and a stroller! Very nice wait staff.

Went there yesterday for lunch with five other girlfriends. They were clearly understaffed at the front desk. The potstickers tasted like salmon, would not recommend. The manager was not friendly when we asked him to take our photo. At the end of our meal the restaurant had cleared out mostly, all of our eyes started to burn, like we were cutting onions. I asked a busser to get the manager as I was concerned, he seemed to put out by the request. The server came back, not the manager. She explained that she thought it was the restaurant next-door making wasabi. I think someone needs to remind management that they are in the hospitality business and they should make guests feel welcome so they want to return. I won’t be coming back.

Horrible Service, sat us down and waiting 15 minutes before even provided water of which I had to ask for water and drinks. I had to ask to order as well. Never received refills, food came fairly fast but took forever for the kids meal to come....literally noodles and soy. Not only that but not once did the server come to check on us.
