Celebrated my birthday here and I was treated as a Queen and all food dishes were delicious and then I got a free dessert to end the night! I will be going back in the near future!
Got sick after eating the food here although our waiter was great and the food was ready really fast.
dined in with 3 of my friends and received some of the best service from Marco. he was on top of everything and very friendly. food was amazing my favorite was the chicken pad thai! definitely recommend doing family style.
Everyone from the greeter to our server to the barista to the chefs bringing the food were warm, welcoming, and professional, and the food was INCREDIBLE
Food was amazing and service was great! Very busy for a Wednesday night but food was out very timely.
Wild Ginger never disappoints. Our favorite dishes are the spring rolls, Fragrant Duck, 7 Flavor Beef and the Sichuan Green Beans but we love everything. Service is excellent.
Food was alright. Service was great. Drinks were alright too. Bill was around $200 for 2 people with 2 drinks each and we skipped dessert.
I love this place

I was a huge wild ginger fangirl after my visit to the downtown seattle store.
But I’m mildly disappointed with the Bellevue store- the food didn’t meet my expectations (from the Seattle benchmark.)
The service took extremely long at both outlets. Staff was polite, but hardly offsets the disappointment of an hour long wait for the food.
Recommend the green curry and the spring roll. Would not recommend-try the northern style pork.

I was expecting thai food but it is more like overpriced panda express. Tastes just OK and portion is terrible. Go fern thai if you crave thai, or hot pot places if you want Chinese...

Updated review with previous review below. Found a long hair in my mouth after a bite, totally threw me on the whole meal! This happens, but considering my previous review and my two visits in-between, I won't be back.
Previous: This has been my go to Thai restaurant since the 90's at the original location in Seattle. Since moving and opening additional restaurants there has been a diminished affect on quality, service and this location represents that. I'm rooting for them to return to past glory! Stopped in for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner – and I’m so glad we did! The coconut lime martini was absolutely delicious, refreshing, and the perfect start to the evening. We ordered the happy hour Phad Thai with tofu and chicken potstickers to start, then an entree of 7 Flavor Beef, and wow, what a perfect combination! Generous portion sizes, excellent flavors, and just the right level of spice – not too much, which we loved.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, striking the perfect balance of attentiveness without being overbearing. A nice surprise at the end of the meal was the warm towel they brought to wipe our hands – a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. Overall, 5-star service and food. Highly recommend!
