Went there yesterday for lunch with five other girlfriends. They were clearly understaffed at the front desk. The potstickers tasted like salmon, would not recommend. The manager was not friendly when we asked him to take our photo. At the end of our meal the restaurant had cleared out mostly, all of our eyes started to burn, like we were cutting onions. I asked a busser to get the manager as I was concerned, he seemed to put out by the request. The server came back, not the manager. She explained that she thought it was the restaurant next-door making wasabi. I think someone needs to remind management that they are in the hospitality business and they should make guests feel welcome so they want to return. I won’t be coming back.

Horrible Service, sat us down and waiting 15 minutes before even provided water of which I had to ask for water and drinks. I had to ask to order as well. Never received refills, food came fairly fast but took forever for the kids meal to come....literally noodles and soy.
Not only that but not once did the server come to check on us.

Would not return

Visited Wild Ginger for a team lunch. While the vegetarian options were quite limited, I did stumble upon a true gem — the Thai Passion Tofu. This isn’t your typical Panda Express–style eggplant dish; it was packed with flavor, served hot, and surprisingly filling. Absolutely delicious.

I would definitely come back just for this dish.

It’s on the pricier side, but that’s expected for downtown Bellevue. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a pleasant spot for a meal.

And whatever you do, don’t skip the Thai iced tea — it was so good.

The stand out and upsetting thing was their “wok roasted lamp chops. Great flavor and presentation but they skimped on the chops. They say the order comes with three chops but in reality it was only two chops!!! They even tried to hide the fact that they shorted us by just putting a clump of sauce under the other two. So disappointing and it was my birthday celebration!!! Maybe that's a Bellevue thing??

Great service, and tasty food. We enjoyed the butter chicken and green curry chicken, though were a bit surprised that both dishes came as meat only with both rice and vegetables needing to be ordered as side dishes.

As a longtime vegan, Wild Ginger never EVER disappoints. Our waiter was especially gracious and kind this time around, helping us locate all the possible plant-based options on the menu. I come back to Wild Ginger for special events precisely because of this kind of quality. Our gorgeous and delicious meal, elegant and serene setting, and the service were unparalleled. We will come back again and again! Thank you Wild Ginger, you are a joy.

Outstanding food and service. We ordered a bunch of different apps and entrees for the table and shared. Everything single item was great. Tons of flavor. Fun place.

Very good food, but the sides are extra and really meant for sharing. All-up quite expensive if one wants to eat a side or 2 as well. Excellent service.

Service was phenomenal! The waiter was very quick and attentive to us. The kitchen was also very accommodating to specific allergies. We didnt feel like a nauce to ask for certain accommodations, and one of the chefs even came out to confirm which food was safe to eat. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed setting that retains a sophisticated feel.

Appetizers : 8/10 Served hot, and very delicious. Very small portions for the price thats only critisim I have for these dishes. We got the spring rolls and beef skewers.

Main dish : I got the special of the day turmeric lamb served with rice and my hubby got the fragrant duck served with bao buns. 10/10 Duck was delicious as usual, and very tender. Everytime I come to this restaurant the duck is phenomenal. The duck sauce is sweet and tangy pairs nice with the buns. 10/10 The lamb was slightly spicy and full of flavor paired perfectly with the rice. This dish is BOlD and not for people who problems with spice or bold flavors. This main dish is also very filling could hardly finish, the portion was very generous.

Desert : 9/10 Chocolate mousse and Coconut Gelato 100/10!! Not sure if these deserts are made at the restaurant but they really taste like they were made in house. The Coconut Gelato was so delicious never tasted a restaurant Gelato as good as this. It was very coconuty, creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. The mousse tasted very good as well but didnt blow me away.. Gelato serve was large ! The mousse however for some reason was very petite. Nothing tasted store bought like most restaurants...

Overall the Staff, the atmosphere and the food was delicious 10/10. This is a very expensive place, but I think it is worth the splurge, to treat yourself or for special occasions. The food in my opinion, is good quality. We will definitely come here again next time we travel to Washington.
