As a longtime vegan, Wild Ginger never EVER disappoints. Our waiter was especially gracious and kind this time around, helping us locate all the possible plant-based options on the menu. I come back to Wild Ginger for special events precisely because of this kind of quality. Our gorgeous and delicious meal, elegant and serene setting, and the service were unparalleled. We will come back again and again! Thank you Wild Ginger, you are a joy.
Outstanding food and service. We ordered a bunch of different apps and entrees for the table and shared. Everything single item was great. Tons of flavor. Fun place.
The food was so delicious! Only drawback... We forgot about how big those portions are! But having some leftovers isn't so bad! Great place to die.
After enjoying Wild Ginger in Seattle for decades, This the first visit to Wild Ginger Bellevue. While the food matched our expectation, the ambience is cold, black, open space with little warmth and absolutely no sound-absorbing properties. The sound was so loud we had to shout across the booth -for-four to hear each other.
A wonderful menue of many tastes at very resonalbe prices. It's asian themed food for everyone even patrons who don't like asian food.
I have always enjoyed this restaurant, and the food is and was excellent. However, I was there for a special occasion, which I noted when I made the reservation. This was never acknowledged during my meal at the restaurant. Also, the entrees were not served at the same time. There was a 6 minute delay before the second entree arrived. We received a brief apology but never received any explanation or update as to why there was a delay in service. The service has been better in the past.
When I went to this restaurant for dinner with a friend, I found a piece of glass in one of the meat dishes. Without realizing it, I bit down on it and felt a sharp pain before spitting it out. From the look of it, it seemed like a shard from a blue liquor bottle. I informed a staff member, and what seemed to be the manager came out, but he denied that it could have happened. Then he went to the back, and I was left waiting for a long time—probably while they checked the security cameras.
When he returned, he offered to remake the dish, but I was too afraid to eat anything else and asked for the check instead. The staff said I didn’t need to pay, but as we left, several employees glared at us. I was the victim, yet I was treated terribly. Later, when I went to the dentist, I found out that one of my teeth had been slightly chipped. It’s a shame, because the food was delicious, but the attitude of the staff and the manager was awful

Inconsistent service. Indifferent at times. Some seem to be msiling it in, while others can are good. Food never disappoints. Atmosphere is good but it can be very noisy at times

Besides the tear in the seat in my booth, which is Totally out of place in this Beautiful establishment, I can't complain about Anything! The food, the service, the people are all Amazing!
Service was indifferent at best. The server put the most energy into scooping up plates too soon, delivering a second drink we hadn't ordered and vacuuming! Flat affect, like he couldn't care less. Two screaming loud large groups around us but the lovely food almost overcame the other issues.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We replaced the sausage and shrimp fried rice with chicken fried rice, which should come with a sunny side up egg. When our dish arrived, the egg was missing.
When we asked the waiter why, he brushed it off saying it was a “different dish.” We asked to see it on the menu — his response? “It’s not on the menu.” He also told us the charge would be less than the sausage and shrimp fried rice, but couldn’t tell us how much.
Fast forward to the bill — we were charged the same exact price as the original dish, despite getting fewer ingredients. When we pointed this out, the manager came over, and instead of fixing the issue, he actually said he could “bring us an egg on our way out.” An egg. On the way out. That’s his idea of customer service. Completely insulting.
Food was disappointing, service was dismissive, and management was downright rude. My husband bit his tongue to avoid an argument, but honestly this place isn’t worth anyone’s time or money. Plenty of better restaurants around — do yourself a favor and stay far away from this one!

We arrived with a reservation and still had to wait five minutes for a table. After being seated, no one came to take our order or check on us for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we decided to leave. To make matters worse, the lamp on our table was very dirty, with cobwebs and dust. Sadly, not the kind of experience we hoped for on our first visit
Also....The server and the host were clearly unapologetic about the situation

It was perhaps a bad day for them but despite our reservation, we waited for 15 mins and no server came to take our order. Also, there were cobwebs on the overhead lamps on the table. Will definitely skip this place next time.

Definitely the LEAST Americanized Thai I've ever had which means the food is fantastic... Also great, thoughtful service!
