Jeremiah the gm is the worst was not able to help me spent 30 minutes on the phone about a wrong order he refused to help any further send all 20 wings smashed in a container do not recommend this place also it’s swarming with rats!

We ordered the 30-piece meal at WingStop, which was supposed to include fries, veggie sticks, and 3 sauces. We asked to substitute the veggie sticks for an extra order of fries — the staff agreed, but we only received one portion of fries.
The wings were extremely salty and very disappointing. There were no bones or skin, just thick breading with barely any meat inside. For almost $70, we expected much better quality. All we got was overly salty wings, one order of fries, sauces, and water. Definitely not worth the price. We won’t be coming back.

This location has really gone down hill. They hardly put any seasoning on the wings. Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a small chicken tender on a bun, third time this has happened. The fries are always undercooked, even when you order them well-done.

RATS!!! place has an insane rat infestation. My inner Karen is raging right now there was like 20-25 rats running around the parking lot and restaurant if you losing weight great place to kill any appetite you might develope

Waited 30 minutes to get my small order I was in a rush, and I asked them how long it would take they said 8-10 minutes
I’ve ordered from this location for years, pick up and delivery. Out of the last two deliveries I’ve received I’ve had problems.
First time I ordered a large Cajun fry, when the delivery guy brought it to me it wasn’t even my order! I immediately told him but he didn’t speak any English. I called the store to let them know and to ask if they could send me a new order. They would not do anything nor give me a refund and said “you need to contact door dash” every thought I ordered through the wing stop app. I contact door dash and they could not do anything since it is not a door dash delivery. I ended up calling it a loss and just placed a new order, paying $24 for one order of fries. Today I order the meal deal. As my fries I ordered again, Cajun fries extra seasoning. What I received was regular fries with a hint of Cajun. If anyone has eaten wing stop regular fries they have a sweet taste to them, which I don’t like and is why I order Cajun fries. I ate one and knew immediately and did not finish them.
This location use to be great but I would say in the last two years attention to details of the order have been lacking. I’m not sure if this is good bye forever but definitely for the near future as it’s just constant disappointment.

Fresh wings at the store are definitely better than takeout. Just having the wings and fries fresh is nice. I wish they had a hotter dry rub tho.
Kids love the boneless wings and we usually do takeout. Takeout is ok but sometimes the fries get soggy or aren't seasoned. Online also has some specials you don't get in store/ in person.
