I’ve ordered from this location for years, pick up and delivery. Out of the last two deliveries I’ve received I’ve had problems.
First time I ordered a large Cajun fry, when the delivery guy brought it to me it wasn’t even my order! I immediately told him but he didn’t speak any English. I called the store to let them know and to ask if they could send me a new order. They would not do anything nor give me a refund and said “you need to contact door dash” every thought I ordered through the wing stop app. I contact door dash and they could not do anything since it is not a door dash delivery. I ended up calling it a loss and just placed a new order, paying $24 for one order of fries. Today I order the meal deal. As my fries I ordered again, Cajun fries extra seasoning. What I received was regular fries with a hint of Cajun. If anyone has eaten wing stop regular fries they have a sweet taste to them, which I don’t like and is why I order Cajun fries. I ate one and knew immediately and did not finish them.
This location use to be great but I would say in the last two years attention to details of the order have been lacking. I’m not sure if this is good bye forever but definitely for the near future as it’s just constant disappointment.

Fresh wings at the store are definitely better than takeout. Just having the wings and fries fresh is nice. I wish they had a hotter dry rub tho.
Kids love the boneless wings and we usually do takeout. Takeout is ok but sometimes the fries get soggy or aren't seasoned. Online also has some specials you don't get in store/ in person.

My teenage daughter and her friends went here last night. A group at a nearby table decided to throw food at my daughter the entire time she was there. My daughter has never met these people before. She was too shy to confront them and did not know what to do. No employees intervened to stop it. Then the group that was harassing her (boys) approached her and said they didn't want to throw food at her, just stare at her. My daughter was dressed in sweatpants and a baggy shirt (not that it should matter, but I know people will wonder). We will never go back. Management cannot provide a reasonably safe dining experience for their patrons.

What I received was completely inedible. I ordered 10 traditional wings, half hot honey rub & half buffalo. It was an oily mess with next to no sauce or seasoning. By far the worst wings I've ever tried. I say "tried" because I had to spit it out.

The service attitude is really infuriating. The staff have been joking and chatting since we entered the store to place our order. They started chatting and telling jokes before we even finished placing our order. They ignored our ordering needs and questions the whole time.
$16 for a combo meal with 8 boneless wings, fries and a soda. The wings and fries were the saltiest that I think I’ve ever had, clearly to mask the lack of flavorful spices and absence of any cooking technique. I could have stopped next door at Kizuki to get a bowl of ramen with fresh ingredients for about the same price. This was my first and last visit.

The service, while friendly, is typically slow. The wings are nothing special. Wingstop does a great job with their commercials, making you want to try the wings, but I’ve given them multiple chances, and the wings are just average.

The boneless fire wings were amazing. But they where 3rd from the top and you'd think that they would be pretty spicy but I'd rather the spicyness a 2 out of 5 tops. So next time ill go for the top of the list
