Wings are awesome. Cooked well and tons of flavors to choose from. The voodoo fries are really good as is the Cajun corn. Seating is small, it’s noisy and not that comfortable to dine in. Service is a bit slow and not that friendly but otherwise fine. Bathroom was surprisingly clean.

The service was incredibly fast, ensuring we didn’t have to wait long to enjoy our meal. Wow has this place went downhill recently, I would say this past year has been probably the worst I’ve seen as far as quality from the food they serve, the quality of the chicken is just embarrassing at this point, I’m not sure what has changed but, this is not the wingstop I was familiar with and enjoyed dining at, considering i have been coming here since this location has been opened, It’s unfortunate I am turned off from stopping by at this location anymore

We have been weekly customers of this Wingstop location for over three years. Something has happened to this place since the first of January 2024. The quality has really fallen off. We have been disappointed 3 out of the past 4 experiences. On one occasion we didn't order at all because they were apparently out of tenders. On another occasion the tenders we received were very skimpy and actually boxed in the same container as our boneless wings, as if the tenders and boneless wings were a single entree and not two separate entrees. The tenders were horribly overcooked, as well. On our most recent order the boneless wings were extremely skimpy and had almost no sauce on them at all. As my son described it, "The worst Wingstop experience I have ever had." I felt bad for him as the sauce is what makes Wingstop enjoyable, and his boneless wings were barely coated and had bare patches with absolutely no sauce at all. I honestly don't know how the cook could have boxed those items without realizing they were completely unacceptable. At this point we are giving up on Wingstop. We'll at least take a month or several off and maybe they'll figure out that poor quality begets lost business. Truly a shame to see a business take such a dive. I'm wondering if the place is under new management or new ownership. Something has definitely changed and not for the better.

We order from this location almost once a week. Tonight, they sent is the wrong order. When we called we were connected with someone who did not speak English. I asked them to remake my order and get it delivered. He agreed and hung up. About 10 minutes later we received a phone call asking me when i planned to pick up my order. I then asked for a full refund. The female employee agreed to refund the amount of the order, minus the delivery fee and tip! When i asked to speak to a supervisor, the young man who answered the phone informed me they could not refund any amount and that i would have to contact DoorDash, even though we ordered through their website. When I asked for his name so I could speak with his supervisor, he gave me the name that was on the incorrect order they sent us. When i stated i would be contacting the store tomorrow to report him directly, his response was "good luck" and hung up! What is this, a scene from "Taken"!Lol. You lost a loyal customer tonight!!

Tables dirty, a guy got his order before mine when he ordered 5 minutes after I did. Guy at the counter was mumbling when taking my order and didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. The lemonade doesn’t taste like lemonade. High C came out of the soda dispenser instead of water when I hit the water tab. Floor was dirty. Wings were great as always though.They forgot parmesan on my fries even though I asked for it.
