Very dysfunctional, lousy, and just horrible in every way possible. I hold the owner and management responsible for this. Lack of training and communication with staff.

I would give this place a negative star if possible. They dont know what AYCE Korean BBQ is and how to make sure that the order comes out in a timely manner.

The wait was 15 to 30 minutes per order, and was only allowed to order 3 items at a time with a 2 hr limit on AYCE Korean BBQ. One guy would come out and deliver it to the table 1 at a time to each table.

The meat was okay and nothing to rave about, and the side was never replenished even when asked.

Drinks came to the table just as slow as the items ordered.

The staff just disappears constantly, and no managers around.

Stay away from this place. Not worth the headache or the waiting to eat.

A place with very good service and a decent atmosphere!

Unfortunately, the food, at least what we had (not barbecue), was not so good at all. Yes, the ingredients were Korean. However, the taste was off target for every one of the dishes, including the side dishes.

The mains for us were Sautéed Calamari and Beef (오삼 불고기), Mixed Tofu Soup, and Pork Bone Soup. None of them had the proper balance of multiple flavors that should be unique to each!

The Pork Bone Soup had an overwhelmingly strong taste/aroma of the ground Korean perilla seed, so much so it tasted sour. Perhaps they had to put in so much to cover the smell of the not so fresh pork bone they seemed to have used.

The Tofu Soup lacked tasty flavors. Also, the beef in the soup made me wonder if they used leftover trimmings (fat, tendon, ...) when they prepared as-received beef or pork chunks for their barbecue. Moreover, a raw egg was not a part of the dish, and I had to order separately, which was a first for the myriad of past orders at many places.

Likewise, the beef in the Calamari and Beef dish may have been comprised, at least a portion of it coming from the same "leftover" batch. More importantly, the chef may have spilled a much larger portion than intended when he/she was adding sugar. The food should have a mixture of favors. With overpowering dominance of the artificial sweetness, none of the other flavors came through, especially the spiciness. It seemed like it was more a dessert than a main dish.

Along the way, the servers asked if all were good. We could only chuckle...

Overall, we were really surprised as they had a good rating. Perhaps it's for the AYCE or the barbecue sections...

Anyway, we were disappointed and will not likely return again...

Had a reservation for 8 people, but one of the grills at our table wasn’t working. They understandably could not fix it on the spot, but would not change us to the bigger table that was empty behind us because another group will be coming later. Um ok so our table that’s already there will need to be compromised instead? They offered no further solution and said to cram the 8 us of us on the working half of our tables. As you can see from the photos, the two people on the end are basically not part of the food or conversation. Kinda paying a decent chunk for a shtty experience don’t ya think?

Also did not receive banchan until a helpful female waitress (who was not responsible for our area) walked by and noticed.

You can be the judge as to whether or not this experience sounds reasonable

Food was alright, grill took quite a bit to get warm. But biggest complaint was the rude service, particularly the middle aged woman server.
Once we sat she asked if we had any questions, so my dad just asked some basic ones. Her answers were not helpful: just pointing out the obvious and in SUCH a condescending tone. We were actually taken aback with her tone, and it remained consistent from start to end.
Completely ruined the mood for my family’s dinner.

Overall alright food and atmosphere, we were very excited to try, but will not come again and do not recommend.
Kiosk + terrible service and yet lowest tip is still 20%. You could probably get the same food quality elsewhere with better service.

Parking: Free parking w app, need license plate number.

The spot is definitely on the price your side for Korean barbecue but the meat quality was really good and we actually got the meat combo for two and it was perfect amount for three people. We got a bunch of different sides. The banchan was the only disappointing part really not a lot of flavor. Their potato salad was extremely dry.

I guess this is a restaurant that foreigners go to.
It might be a bad place for Koreans to go.
The side dishes and composition are all.....
It was nice that the meat came out beautifully and luxuriously.
You have to grill your own meat.
Not much service. ㅡㅡ
I went there because there was nothing to eat nearby, but was disappointed with the service and side dishes....
The meat was delicious.

Overpriced and bad service. We did the AYCE (All you can eat) and they stalled
on bringing food out or just never brought it. They rarely came to the table to check. For 7 people, we only had one set of side dishes and it was all we could do to get them refreshed or get our water refilled.

The marinated meats were good and so was the kimchee pancake, but the prices were outrageous. I've also never heard of lettuce leaves having a charge at Korean bbq, let alone costing $5. Other meats and side dishes were under seasoned. The squid was gross and improperly cleaned.

The server turned off the burner without us knowing, which became apparent when the meat stopped cooking.

The floor needs a good cleaning. It's somehow both sticky and slippery at the same time.

We will not be returning.

Kid-friendliness: Very little kid friendly food.

We came in late - the only option available was the AYCE. In total we paid about 58 per person and the food was very very disappointing for that price. The meat option was small, and every little add on cost money. They even charge for rice and lettuce. I would avoid this place next time
