CHEAP IKEA GLASSWARE
BROKEN GLASS FOUND IN EMPTY CUPS
This is deadly serious please BE careful. You will kill someone if you don't manage this carefully! This scared me enough to report it to king county. Im sorry but I feel like its my obligation to point out how badly this place must be managed.
BE CAREFUL, CHECK YOUR GLASSES!

Seattle Bellevue is a very livable town. But I don't understand how there is such a poor Korean BBQ restaurant here. I'm worried that the guests who come here will be disgraced in Korea. It was the last place I wanted to go again.
My family and I ordered a 135 meat set menu and alcohol and had to wait a long time. First, the meat grill was electrified, so the heat didn't come up, so it didn't cook well, so we had to wait a long time. I called the staff several times because I thought there was a problem, but they didn't come right away.
In the case of seasoned ribs on the set menu, if the seasoning burns and sticks to the grill, the grill must be changed or cleaned, but they didn't provide such service at all. Of course, I didn't even mention how to grill the meat or how to grill it.
Eventually, I called the staff several times, but they didn't come, so I was very angry and complained. Only then did a person who said he was the boss apologize and gave me a parselard that he was selling for $5 as a service.
I've never seen a Korean BBQ restaurant that sells pa-salad separately without refilling it. Other places nearby offer it for free. When I asked the boss why he didn't give me parsalad for free, he said that's because the price of scallions has risen so much.
When you receive this ridiculous service and pay later, you've set a default tip of 20% to 35%. It was ridiculous. These restaurants should be gone. I never want to visit again.

I visited this place a couple of years ago and had a mediocre experience. At the time, we ordered à la carte, and I personally wasn't a fan of the staff grilling for us; it felt like they were rushing us to finish.
This time, I returned with several friends to try their All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) option, but the experience was disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was lacking—perhaps they were understaffed. We placed our orders via the tablet, but the portions were tiny and many items we ordered never arrived. We even had to track down the staff just to get our sodas.
Given how many great Korean BBQ options there are in the Seattle area, I won’t be returning here. There are much better places to spend your money. The only major plus is that the building offers three hours of free parking in downtown Bellevue.

Grill wasn't working, asked to change tables 5 different times, and they kept telling us to wait a bit longer for the grill to heat up. It took 45 minutes to cook ONE pice of chicken. Service was terrible, the lady in charge gave MAJOR attitude and started to get mad at us for continuously asking for a different table when our food clearly wasn't cooking. We had THREE different tables arrive after us and finished eating before our FIRST round of food was even cooked. I sat and watch as the table next to me eat happily in their first 10 minutes of placing their raw meat on tbe grill. Do NOT come here if you are trying to eat down.

Not as good as it was before. Japchae was way too soupy. The side dishes also taste like they have been made for too long. Also didn’t like the fact that I have to order 2 min for à la carte, feels like they are trying to push people to go for the AYCE.

Rude service. Half the staff is apathetic but the lady who appears to be the manager or owner was down right mean and set the tone for the restaurant. Water cup was dirty with a floating chunk of something in the water. They were annoyed when I asked for another glass and it went downhill from there.
Food was average and not worth the price. The wagyu tasted the best but it didn’t look or feel like actual wagyu.
Grill was not cleaned well and we had to clean it with an onion before cooking.
Watch the tip % on selection screen. It starts at 22+ for bad service. Give better service or at least don’t be mean.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

The server who was working our table came by asking what was wrong with our computer. He came to make sure our order was going through and replaced our grill plate. He was funny and very kind to us ensuring we had a great experience. Very timely as well.

I love the music. The meat seemed to be fresh and the side dishes looked very healthy. The marinate is a little too sweet for me. But overall do the all you can eat and you’ll be very happy
