For beef combo, the presentation was good but meat quality was so so. Marinated beef was also too salty. Average service. Overall experience was definitely below expectations for the price paid.

To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. To start, the side dishes were the most bland and old side dishes I’ve ever had at a Korean restaurant. Only three side dishes were offered even: fish cakes, bean sprouts, and kimchi.We ordered the beef pork combo and the beef tartare. The beef brisket from the combo was completely frozen, which affects the toughness. The beef tartare looked like it went through a meat grinder. All of the meats except for the marinated meats were not at the level of what you’re paying for.It’s insane that they are charging 19 dollars for 계란찜 (steamed egg).The restaurant has potential, but it seems like they are charging the highest rate for kbbq and providing the lowest tier of quality.

Waited for 30 mins for our rice and when I decided to get up and walk towards the back to find the server —-he told me they only have one server for the day. I am not asking him to do the cooking/bbq’ing part—-the servers were only there to bring the raw meat, drinks, and rice. The sad part is this place will charge you 20% on top of your bill for party of 5 which I think is ridiculous knowing the server does the MINIMUM work like to bring the rice 30mins later. Will not come back again and will definitely not recommend this place to people I know.

I used to love this place and would recommend it to all my friends, I will not be coming back.***DEAR Woobling management: Please talk to your waiters, make sure that just because you automatically add a 18% tip to larger groups, it doesn't mean that they can give the customers bad service.***I was there on 3-24-24 reservations at 8:30 pm ( they closed at 10 pm).We were a group of 7, all respectful and very easy going friends.The waiter, he was not friendly or welcoming at all. The first thing he told us was that they had been very busy all day. I get it working in food services is very challenging.However, when I was about to order for our group, I asked him for suggestions, he cut me off and just said "the kitchen is going to close soon" . This was barely 8:40 pm, not 10 pm. I ended up ordering about $250 worth of food.The food included side dishes, stew, rice, kimchi. He only brought 3 tiny dishes of not fresh and tasteless cucumber salad. He did not bring any of the other things that were included.I kindly walked over to him and showed him the menu and reminded him that the other side dishes were included, he gave a look of 'whatever' . He told me they were out of kimchi, (what kind of Korean restaurant is out of kimchi?! )I didn't see him coming back for several minutes, so I asked a different guy who was cleaning tables, he was very nice and brought rice bowls for everyone.When I saw the waiter again I asked him about the stew , he said 'the kitchen is closed, the cook already left for the day' , this was around 9:15 pm. I didn't want to argue, so I just said ok. (I thought wow, you could have told us that before , instead of having me chase you around, keep in mind that at this time, the restaurant was not busy at all)This was supposed to be a special dinner for me and my friends, and the bad service from the waiter, and not getting the food was included in our order and we were going to be charged for, left a bad impression on all of us.The waiter could see the disappointment in my face, I seemed like he knew he had given us a bad service. Almost certain we got food poisoning from this place. Woke up vommiting with chills… It’s not a typical Korean BBQ where they come cook for you. Not much instruction given. Portions were ok. Definitely consumed raw food. Will never come back here again, getting sick just thinking about it. Also very difficult to find.

I have to give a mixed review to this place since the food was great but the service was really lackluster. We had reservations for a party of seven and were not really made to feel welcome at all. The hostess showed us to our table with the awkwardness and happiness level as if it was service in the Soviet Union. We sat for quite a while without any water or anything until we finally called a waitress over. They didn't even ask us what we wanted to drink and we eventually had to ask for water. We were never asked if we wanted anything else in terms of extra side dishes or anything and had to later specifically ask for rice which wasn't offered initially and they didn't even ask us if we wanted any. The glass noodles were excellent as was the ground ribeye wrapped around rice cakes and also the squid. For the price, they need to up their game. Dining basics are more important than location or decor.Parking: You have to download an app to register your parking spot so this is not the place to go if you don't have a pretty up to date smart phone.

A very impersonal experience, but the food is good. On our first visit, we enjoyed the meats as well as the kimchi fried rice. Both were high quality and tasty. The atmosphere is bright and loud, with close tables and lots of hard surfaces. The service was acceptable, but slow and with a few errors. Since the food was good, we decided to go back. However on our second visit we were seated and then forgotten. After being shown our seats, we waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came by with menus, place settings, or anything. We simply sat there at a completely empty table with wait staff rushing by. Ultimately, we just left and went somewhere else.

I visited for dinner with my family, and the food was so delicious and the atmosphere was nice, so I had a more enjoyable time than I expected. The raw meat was so delicious and the meat was so fresh that I remembered it the most, and I was also satisfied with the variety and quality of the meat combo. The seafood and green onion pancake was the best I've had anywhere, with plenty of seafood and a unique crunchiness! Parking is convenient, so I think I will visit often.
