No, I did not catch the game last night Stop asking

I like the atmosphere— it is spacious, usually calm, and the wood compliments it well. The coffee is good, and though it is a bit more pricey I'd much rather support a local place

Paid almost $8 for a coffee. Cup FULL of ice and 3 sips of coffee. The manager here needs to train their baristas. I really enjoyed woods in other locations, but this is ridiculous. Please educate them :/

Great coffee shop, quality coffee! ... but the smallest cappuccino is 8oz, Woods Coffee only serves in single-shot excrement espresso drinks, making everything taste like milk instead of coffee. I suggest the owners travel a little bit and go see how the majority of high quality coffee shops in the USA serve espresso drinks using double shot increments/ portafilters, so that the customer doesn't have to spend double the money asking for double shot 8oz cappuccino which came out to a whopping $5.70!! Look at the frothy cappuccino I was served , not to par.... make the espresso double shots, adjust the pricing models for this, train your Baristas better on milk heating/ foaming and this place will be unstoppable!

Seattle Coffee Shop 25/100 I finally don’t have to work overtime this Sunday. I’m so happy that the team change was successful. So after my workout on Sunday, I found a coffee shop in a shopping mall to make some travel tips.

The coffee shop Woods at the corner of the mall is also a chain. The environment is good. The small indoor space is a bit crowded. You can also sit in the corridor of the mall, which is quite good.

The coffee itself is okay, medium roasted, but there is no latte art and the milk froth is a bit lacking. It’s good to sit in a coffee shop in the mall occasionally. It’s very chill.

They were quick and polite. The tea was scalding hot and I almost burnt my tongue with it when I went to drink it.

Vegetarian options: They have a large selection of coffee and Italian sodas and a little bit of tea. Careful with the hot selections, they're very hot. Even double cupped you can feel the heat and they don't warn you.

Parking: The parking is tricky to do, but they have a bit of it. The weekend is free, but you might have to pay during the week.

Kid-friendliness: People of all ages welcome

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN :(

I usually enjoy Woods‘ coffee, but this was my first time visiting this location to meet a friend, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The female staff was extremely unfriendly, and despite spelling out my name, she still got it wrong. Most importantly, she served me a latte with overly thick, large bubbles in the foam—it was clearly over foamed, tasting only like milk with no hint of coffee.

When I politely asked for a remake, the staff responded with noticeable rudeness. Finally, when I wondered whether I should leave the original cup, her only response was, “We can’t take it back,” without any further clarification or courtesy.

I’m unsure what I was supposed to say or do in that situation, but overall, the unprofessionalism and poor quality left a very negative impression.

Yuk, my flat white was stale and nasty. I can still taste it.
The menu features sweet flavored coffee drinks so the coffee quality may not be an issue for most customers

Sandwich and 16oz chai latte came out to about 17$. I was very impressed by the sandwich but disappointed by the chai which tasted exactly like it's Starbucks counterpart for more money.
