This is a fraud! The store is never open; I ordered online for pick up. They took my money but it was closed when I showed up for my pick up time and I have tried multiple times to call or go in person but no one responds. Take your money and run.

This place is a scam. I used their online order system to save time at the pickup. They took my order and charged my card. When we showed up for the pick up time window that was texted to me, we found out the place is closed. I have tried calling them multiple times since for a refund and no one answers. Horrible experience and service.

Ordered at the kiosk. Got the bento with grilled Salmon and tempura, and my husband got the Katsu with sashimi bento. Both mains were great! Could've done without the gyōza and spring roll though, they were average. Each bento was $17.
Love that it was bottomless miso that you served yourself on the side.
The seating is sparce with only 3 small 2-person tables and only one 6-person table. We came at 2pm and was able to snag the last 2-person table which we sat with 4 people and a baby!
There is only one highchair, but at least they have one.
Would definitely come again!

ordered ahead, i showed up as the suggested pickup time. but it's not ready ,not a big deal. once i got my order, i found the size of the rolls are much smaller than before. about half of old time. im getting the same rolls from this place when they were back in the old address. the roll were like 8 bucks , and now 14 , 17 . but it was decent amount as dinner . but now, it's like a bite size to me now. the taste changed a little bit, still okay.

This is an okay place. Their food safety rating is okay from King County. Overall a decent spot for quick takeaways. Pretty sure their customers are mostly office folks who want to quickly grab the food.Service is lightning fast. The place doesn't feel super clean nor does it feel dirty.
