Great little neighborhood place. Food is always good and the service excellent. Always a quick, satisfying meal with the family.

Tea tastes artificial and bad, some warm water that probably never seen any real tea leaves. Food is one of the worst I ever had in a restaurant. Plenty of better options in this mall.

The rice rolls are pretty good, rather glutinous and not authentic rice noodles. The leek dumplings are meaty and a bit greasy, so it’s okay to eat them with some vinegar. The black sesame paste is not very delicate, almost the same as making it at home. The soup was just average, I won’t order it again.

Had their shrimp rice roll, wonton, congee and some milk teas. I’ll definitely be back to eat more of their tasty food, I think I’ve found my favorite rice roll place now!

I’m sure they have not tasted their own food before making them to the public. I can’t finish the congee, the worst I’ve had in years. If they’re not gonna do something about it, ppl won’t be returning after their first time.

We used to like this place but the food quality seems to be deteriorating. Our order last night was not confidence inspiring. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Young Cafe used to be Hard Wok Cafe. I found out about this Bellevue location when their Chinatown location closed. This space is definitely bigger than their Chinatown location. Staff are very friendly and always nice. I loved their Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Chicken Chop, Shrimp and egg rice roll, Pan Fried pork and Shrimp Chive dumplings, Pork and Shrimp wonton with Chili oil and many other more. And their dessert toasts are huge! it's meant for sharing unless you brought your appetite hehehe.

Very disappointed! Most of the Taiwanese items are gone and I guess they changed management and tried to retain a few items and claims to be "Taiwanese"!Anyways, if I judged it purely by HK Style Cafe standard, it will only be a 1 Start at most! They advertise their Wonton to be "Hong Kong" style, but it was nothing HK about it, first off the broth was horrible, it has a very very fishy smell and taste, I am guessing they use some kind of fish powder to make the soup stock and lacks any kind of flavour or umami! Wonton it was was nothing to write home about! The Beef Brisket Noodle was also not up to the standard of any HK Style Cafes!!Oh well, you win some you loose some!! This one is for sure a lost for me!I actually remember the Taiwanese place that was at this location was pretty decent, too bad they changed hands!

Ordered shrimp rolls with smooth egg, sizzling steak and puff pastry soup

The sizzling steak is okay: The sizzling hot plate is hot enough, which is expected, but it does not mean that it is very authentic. The previous level is almost like this.

Rice rolls with smooth egg and shrimp: The rice noodles are crumbly and not chewy, and the shrimps are small and have a fishy smell.

Pastry soup: The puff pastry is separate from the soup, and the soup tastes like a microwave can. Some of the mushrooms in the soup are raw.

I hope I can put more effort into studying food.
They look the same but taste much different
You can try the authentic ones. How does it taste different?

I come here often and definitely recommend you do the same. The menu system in the place is great. I wish other restaurants also had it or sometime similar. Ordering using the QR code with my phone is just too convenient. They leave water pitchers on the tables for convenient use and it really outlines to me what they are doing right that other restaurants should learn from.We always come here for the best boba milk tea. I'm not too sure how they did it but it's better than any other milk tea we can find.I was sad when they took away my two favorite menu items. They were the small sized dessert toast and the Zhajiangmian noodles. Please bring them back. I miss them.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for kids.

Parking: There's tons of parking but the businesses in the area are so popular and with the nearby apartments added in it's often difficult to find an open spot here.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about.
