The rice rolls are pretty good, rather glutinous and not authentic rice noodles. The leek dumplings are meaty and a bit greasy, so it’s okay to eat them with some vinegar. The black sesame paste is not very delicate, almost the same as making it at home. The soup was just average, I won’t order it again.

I’m sure they have not tasted their own food before making them to the public. I can’t finish the congee, the worst I’ve had in years. If they’re not gonna do something about it, ppl won’t be returning after their first time.

Had their shrimp rice roll, wonton, congee and some milk teas. I’ll definitely be back to eat more of their tasty food, I think I’ve found my favorite rice roll place now!

Was craving some kind of noodle soup, so we came here for dinner. We ordered a couple snacks, two noodle soups, and two drinks. The Popcorn Chicken was really good and nicely-seasoned; didn't even need dipping sauce, although I did dip in their chili oil. The Pork & Shrimp Wonton w/ Chili Oil was my favorite thing out of what we ordered. Might be the best chili oil wontons that I've had. The Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and the Pork Knuckle Noodle Soup were both really good. They were way bigger than I expected and lots of meat. We were full and did not finish our noodles. I ordered two drinks to-go: Watermelon Juice with boba and Grapefruit Green Tea with crystal boba. Both were good. The only thing that I didn't love here was the boba; the texture was a bit too mushy for me.

The pork trotters and noodle soup is so unctuous and truly melt-in-your-mouth. Sizzling platters portions are generous and feed two. The boneless duck feet are a favorite especially when the cilantro spicy sauce is slathered on rice or noodles! Reasonable pieces for well balanced tea and slushy drinks. The hazelnut milk tea is always a great stalwart. Friendly and quick service. It's my pleasure to support local businesses as deserving as Young Cafe!

Wow surprise to find a Hong Kong cruising joint in the area it's in. The beef stew noodle soup was delicious and tender just Super flavorful. Large portions! The rice noodle was a good texture as well but I wished they used salty soy sauce instead of sweet. Maybe I'll request that next time. I got the Hong Kong milk tea and it was good surprisingly not sweet at all. The pricing was fair for the food portions. Service was fast and good as well!

This place is SO GOOD! Everything we've tried has been delicious! Clean, tidy and cheerful. Service is friendly and efficient - this place is popular and can get busy! Really interesting menu with loads of things I want to try. Highly recommend!!

We used to like this place but the food quality seems to be deteriorating. Our order last night was not confidence inspiring. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Young Cafe used to be Hard Wok Cafe. I found out about this Bellevue location when their Chinatown location closed. This space is definitely bigger than their Chinatown location. Staff are very friendly and always nice. I loved their Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Chicken Chop, Shrimp and egg rice roll, Pan Fried pork and Shrimp Chive dumplings, Pork and Shrimp wonton with Chili oil and many other more. And their dessert toasts are huge! it's meant for sharing unless you brought your appetite hehehe.

My family and I were staying at the Hyatt nearby and were looking for a late night dinner spot. This cafe is more than satisfying, we had enough noodle for 3 servings and the pan fried pork & chives dumplings were seriously legit! Service was fact, staff speaks Cantonese and friendly. Seems like a popular place amongst young families in the neighborhood.

Very disappointed! Most of the Taiwanese items are gone and I guess they changed management and tried to retain a few items and claims to be "Taiwanese"!Anyways, if I judged it purely by HK Style Cafe standard, it will only be a 1 Start at most! They advertise their Wonton to be "Hong Kong" style, but it was nothing HK about it, first off the broth was horrible, it has a very very fishy smell and taste, I am guessing they use some kind of fish powder to make the soup stock and lacks any kind of flavour or umami! Wonton it was was nothing to write home about! The Beef Brisket Noodle was also not up to the standard of any HK Style Cafes!!Oh well, you win some you loose some!! This one is for sure a lost for me!I actually remember the Taiwanese place that was at this location was pretty decent, too bad they changed hands!
