Don’t order delivery from Bellevue at least, they out source there drivers, placed order at 7:44 for 8:23 delivery, called at 8:25pm and was told no driver and would be there shortly, food arrived 25 minutes late. Cold and when I spoke with manager named Lincoln to voice my concerns she claimed I was the rude one and to not order from there again.. the customer service is seriously lacking.. she claimed they only had 1 driver and got busy. She doesn’t have to worry as I will never order or dine there ever again. Hopefully corporate reads these comments. They need to hire better managers

While I love eating zeeks pizza, go somewhere else for delivery. They don’t have their own drivers but outsource to DoorDash. After 45 min first driver tried to deliver someone else’s Wendy’s order instead my pizza. After phone calls with both Zeeks and DoorDash support, Zeeks made me another pizza. 30 min later a second driver picked it up. They eventually delivered it an HOUR later (I live 10 min away), blaming traffic and road closures for the delay. By this point it was 10 pm on a Thursday and there was no traffic or road closures anywhere. The pizza was stone cold.
