I’ve always enjoyed grabbing a burger here and the beef fat fries are great. But… four dollars for a tiny side of mayo?! That’s more than the fries! Completely absurd. If the mayo was mind blowing, maybe. But my mind wasn’t blown. The truffle mayo is made to look like it’s full of truffles but it isn’t and doesn’t taste remotely of truffle

The hamburger patty was nothing more than what looked like a frozen patty (small and thin), The cheese literally looked like a slice of Velveeta and the french fries look like frozen string fries, although crisp and super salty.
I got the patty without the bun and was asked if a bed of lettuce was okay. Unfortunately, the lettuce was a bit wilty and chopped so much it was like cole slaw without the dressing.
Even the Blizzard was a bit bizarre- the chocolate over the blizzard chocolate chip mint, had some sort of sour flavor in it.
Even the atmosphere is stark and cold on a cold winter day!

Every time you order you get a different portion but its the same price. The menu is confusing. You cant tell what they are selling. The people at the counter taking orders dont even seem to know what they are supposed to be making. Frying everything in the bone grease makes all of the food way too salty. You taste nothing else but the bone grease. You have to get extea sauce on the side because they barely dress the burgers with anything. But even that ranch and mayo is made with the bone grease stuff and that is salty. It doesnt seem like the people working there even eat the food or care about the menu. And while I was sitting in there several people kept asking what was the concept of the yellow robbery guy things. I dont get it either and I dont want to feel like I'm about to be robbed or attacked while eating food. The area the shop is in is already going downhill with all the homeless drug mental people and playing off that is not helping people feel comfortable eating here. If they stop frying everything in that bone grease stuff, give consistent portions, dress the burgers, stop making the mayos and ranch with the bone grease, fix the menu with clear pics and descriptions of what people are ordering and change the you're going to grt assaulted and robbed decor, then maybe it could last

The cheeseburger and honey fried chicken sandwich are delicious! Get any of the mayos on the side to dip your fries into-so good. Their staff are always super friendly and accommodating.
Edit: came back into town to visit for a week and this is the only place I ate twice. That burger is just so dang good.
Best burgers!! I took a star away from atmosphere because it’s always boiling hot inside. Worth it for the burgers though!

JARED!! Man, this guy NAILED the salesmanship and the spirit of Accomplice. The entire experience of Accomplice is an artistic one. If Banksy had a spray can in one hand and a spatula in the other, you would enter Accomplice. The NICEST guy Jared welcomed us in. Spoon, fork, and knife adorned. Then the grill master in the back had Mensa level attention to detail with the food.
If you’re visiting Bellingham, your friends will try to take you this way and that. Do not be misguided; you must come to Accomplice.
