Horrible service got a taco. After waiting 30 minutes I went to and asked about it the lady was rude. Then after 10 more minutes I finally got my one taco

I thought I had my favorite taco truck to get my occasional chicken burrito at until I came here… absolutely perfect.Best burrito of my life. I will be coming back every time and no where else for that matter. Prices lovely, service very respectful, and flavors through the roof. Deemed my new favorite 100x over

Local food truck at Kulshan Brewery. (They've moved to different locations during the past few years.) The food is delicious, fresh, hot, and made to order. For years, this has been our favorite food truck in Bellingham. Our favorite orders include burritos, tacos, taco salads, and nachos.
Casual setting, with outdoor tables under a huge canopy with heaters. Or take the food inside Kulshan. We usually take ours to go as we send someone to pick up our order. Also, they take orders over the phone. At times, street parking can be a challenge, but it's well worth it. ?

Incredibly mid. 9$ for a small burrito with bad proportions, and he forgot to put jalapeños in it that I requested & paid extra for. Much better taco trucks in town.

Their food is excellent when they have it. It seems whatever I want to order their out of the ingredients. Plan your day better people. Bring enough supply to stay in business all day. How can a mexican restaurant truck be out of chips???

Trackside is an awesome venue and the guys in the truck were friendly, but both of my girls became ill after having the chicken tacos. I had a burrito that was average. If there was any bacteria in my burrito I think the one beer I had killed it, as I also didn’t feel great the next day, but not as bad as my poor daughters. There are many options at Trackside, but I recommend eating ahead of time, especially if you have a fear of yellow jackets. We were there there in late August and they swarmed my girls as soon as they got their tacos and they had to eat in the car. If they get the yellow jackets under control, it would make the experience much more fun.
